Frequent this place but this last time made extra special as I was greeted with a smile by the Owner Chefy & His lovely wife. Had a great conversation with him/her. Love the fact that the owners of business interact with customers on a personable level. After a long day at work felt like i was at home amongst friends & family. Keep up the awesome customer service & the pizza ? & pints are phenomenal.Highly recommend ? ?
Came to dine in after taking a break from shopping at the Allen outlets. I immediately noticed the dirty floors, however the establishment is nice. We ordered with ease. The only complete disappointment was being informed of no refills. The chef special included to slices of pizza that came out hot and cheesy, the salad was horrible! Bae seemed to still have an appetite afterwards ?
Sad business practices. I ordered to this location by accident. I was trying to order to Wylie and didn't double check the location. Absolutely my fault. However, when I called to tell them my predicament and which location I actually tried to order for, the gentleman that answered the phone didn't give two craps. There was a chance to do the right thing. A plain pizza 24 inch pie that could easily be used for their slices, make another customer's potential turn around time quicker, or even donating the food. All of which they'll probably do anyway.Edit: Sorry, but a real customer that had a poor experience with your business. Order (#179599576).
Pizza was super delicious. Single slices are huge!!! No silverware and a very small ranch was $1! Would get pizza again but only for carry out!
i think this was the best pizza i’ve ever had. better than the places i’ve been to in new york. my daughter actually ate the crust and she’s never done that before.
It was delicious! I discovered this place after I got fed-up of the McKenney outlets. Pizza has fresh ingredients and delicious recipies. By the way they have HUGE 28" inch pizzas. Plus they serve craft beer and soda.The guys and staff are super kind and welcoming (gracias!). I REALLY recommend this place. Not your typical pizza place
Really like this pizza spot. HUGE slices, crispy crust, full flavor. I make a trip at least once a month to go for lunch or dinner.
This pizza was the best I ever tried here in northTexas, some how , they have change the type of cheese they used to put it, now is a kind of a smelly cheese or they add kind of blue cheese on top, not sure but now is awful, sorry guys … service people is stil great , can’t complain of that ?
Stopped in for a quick bite before some shopping and this East Coast girl was pleasantly surprised! The interior is clean, sporty and roomier than I expected. Slices are TRUE NY style, so do your best to master the slice fold. Caesar salad was a little overdressed but the lettuce was fresh and crunchy. Slices served with grated parm and pepper flakes, plus a pickle on the side. Stubborn craft sodas round out the experience! We loved it, looking forward to coming back.
The beer is not "ice cold" as advertised on A-board on curb. Just standard cold that warms up relatively quick. Turn it down!Ordering is a self serve counter that isn't managed well for walk ups. New orders or service while your dining.Staffing rarely looks at the counter.Easy fixes on both negative remarks.The pizza is very good!I will visit again in hopes for cold beer with their great pizza!
