If I could give this place a zero I would. The unprofessional of this establishment is disgusting. I was with my sister and friend. Our waiters name was Alberto, was cruel, unprofessional and his service was awful. Despite that I gave him a tip over 18% and still received rude and cruel comments from Alberto. Alberto proceeded to say in spanish "we don't appreciate hard work from working people ". We asked to speak to the manager. Vincente the shift manager came over to listen to our concerns as customers from this terrible experience. Alberto from behind the bar flipped my party and I off. Vincente yelled at Alberto to leave and Alberto was just laughing. I will never return due to one terrible experience from a terrible waiter.

I cant believe the unprofessionalism of the people who work in the industry. Asked 3 waiters to ask our waiter to please come back so we could ask for a refill. From the register behind the bar he gave us the MIDDLE FINGER.
Ordered DoorDash while home alone with my infant son, and received the wrong order from this restaurant. Called to speak to the manager, Vicente, who said I’d have to come into the store to pick up a replacement order. I told him I couldn’t do that because I couldn’t leave a sleeping baby. He said “ok, then you gotta contact DoorDash” and rudely hung up the phone. Horrendous customer service from someone who must’ve only become manager by being a buddy of the owner rather than anyone with actual food service management experience.
This is a great little hidden gem. Food is always great as well as the Swirl Margaritas. ? Quick food service to your table. Priced reasonably.
Really great food. The cheese enchiladas come with steak fajitas and avocado on top. Great twist on a classic enchilada dinner, and very tasty. Prices are similar to other restaurants these days, but the portions are large (only one person at the table was able to finish their meal) and the staff is friendly. We’d definitely go here again.
I used to eat here all the time and haven’t been here for a while. Me and my friend came here and order the fancy fajita platter with ribeye and it came out well done we couldn’t even eat it!! Who puts ribeye on a fajita platter dry where you can’t even eat it. So this is what our fajita platter looked like we didn’t even touch it because it was disgusting and disappointing and yet they still wanted to charge us $40. So disappointing
Love this place! Friendly staff. Wonderful food. Best Mexican food in Allen. Love the outdoor patio. Been eating here for years.
Never a bad experience. Kind and courteous staff and food is always on point.
The only good thing about this place was the drinks. Didn’t really care for the salsa it had a weird taste. The chips tasted old. I’ve been to this place straight twice trying to hope that it will get better but it didn’t both times my meals were bland and didn’t taste spell the first time the meat seemed overcooked and this last time it just had no flavor. Some of the staff was friendly and then others were offputting. I’ve been to a lot of Mexican restaurants and this is one that I’ll never go back to.
This is a good place to meet family and friends good food great service and reasonable pricing this will be our new place for Mexican food in Allen
