The staff is super sweet & kindThe playground open :)And they renovated inside so it’s all pretty and modern and super clean
I tried the Mc plant burger! It tasted like Pan Seared Racoon Hip with a smokey flavor and the BBQ sauce balanced it out. Super great customer service. I think this may be my favorite McDonald's in North dallas??? When I get my own franchise it will be on the same standards as this one
Nice new store, and The employees seem a whole lot nicer. I would definitely recommend this McDonald’s
Don't know whats going on with this McDonald's. They used to be fast, now they are ridiculously slow when it comes to delivery orders. If you want your food anywhere remotely close to on time, do not order from this McDonald's.
This is our local McDonald's. They recently upgraded the facility, added a turn lane off of exchange avenue to access the restaurant, two lane drive-thru. Three drive-thru windows. After ordering last week, paying at the first window, by the time I made it to the second window my order for a family of four was ready. Fast very friendly. As nice a facility as you will find anywhere.
No matter what time of day it I can never get fresh fires or buns at this location. I went here on the 19th of Jan 2022 at 930 pm and got a Big Mac meal and the only good part was the Dr Pepper. The fires were cold and stale the buns were hard and stale. The food was cold and was a waste of my money. This location has lost my business
Asked for a hot & spicy McChicken with tomatoes and pickles but only got some bread with tomatoes and mayo in it. They asked me to pull up and wait to the side and then this is what I got.
I don’t like to post negative experiences but after over a MONTH of terrible service here I have no choice. I come through here daily for 2 large sweet teas no ice, and repeatedly for the last month I have been given UNSWEET tea. To make matters worse, when I come back and request the correct drink I ordered, I am given poor customer service attitude by the employees. Eyes roll, they sigh, and they act like I’m the issue. Today I came back, after yet again being give the wrong drink, and after FOUR drinks they still gave me unsweet tea. I have been a GM of a restaurant before and I have tried my best to be gracious and understanding-but this is BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE! I will not be giving this McDonald’s anymore chances, until they can PROVE their employees are well trained and their issues are resolved. PS: the 2 cars in front of me had returned for incorrect orders as well so this is a restaurant specific issue and needs to be addressed immediately.
Waited at the curbside spot for 30 mins and no one ever showed up. Have to join the drive thru for another 10 mins to get my order. And this was not the first time. Never really expecting any excellent service from McDonald’s but customer service at this location is truly terrible.
Called this location 17 times with no answer in regards to missing items from my mobile online pick up order. I had to sit in line for 20 minutes to get this corrected after no answer from my phone calls. My kids food is now cold at home while I had to wait so long to get this corrected. I work in the restaurant industry so I find it baffling they can’t answer the phone with all the workers they have. Dining room area is also closed so I had to resort to calling and then getting in line to resolve this issue.
