If it wasn't for the other employees trying to make sure I got my order, this rating might be lower. I gave 3 stars just because they took my order in the drive thru, charged me for the person behind me, told me they didn't have my order. Then I was asked to come back around to order again. Drove up to the first window again, where they asked what I ordered, again. Of course, it was wrong again, finally, a manager came up and fixed it and got me my order. All the while, I still need to dispute the charge on my card for the order they charged me for.
My husband and I have been eating at this McDonald's since it opened and we've noticed each employee works hard at making it a positive and unique McDonalds to eat at. From the manager to each individual we have found them hard working and very pleasant. The service is outstanding and the restaurant is extremely clean, inside and out. Thank you for everything you all do!!
I bought on the drivethrough. African American woman gave me a soda and then said please go straight and make a left with no further instructions, So I guess they ran out of crispy chicken sandwich? So I went there and waited and nobody came to give me my complete order, I went again though the drive through... it seems they forgot about me :(
Once again our “Wonderful” McDonalds has done it. They found yet another way to screw the customers. So now you can not get breakfast at 10:40 in the morning. Forget the fact that I have gone there at 5pm and received breakfast! Today you can’t! Great! I don’t know which is better, constantly getting my orders wrong, or changing the rules whenever they want! The owners need to sell and move somewhere else!!!!!!
Stopped for two breaksfast burritos to take on the road to Iowa early Thursday. morning. Within 2 hrs into our drive got terrible stomach cramps and vomiting. Hadn’t had anything else to eat that morning or the rest of the day. Couldn’t even hold down water. My wife had to pull over a half a dozen times for me to get sick. Awful experience not sure what happen, but feel there was definitely something wrong with those burritos fortunately by morning every thing had clear up. We was having Thanksgiving dinner on Friday so it would’ve ruined our trip.
I came yesterday for a mobile order and I drove to the window and I saw a manager (I think) yelling at another worker because she couldn’t get the order correctly. She seemed young and you could tell she was about to cry, I felt so bad for her and just wanted to give her a big hug. I don’t know why she had to do it right by the window in front of customers, and I was missing a burger in my bag as well had to drive back
Not only is this location the closest one to my house but it’s actually our favorite McDonalds location mostly for the quality and taste of the food. But today was very disappointing… My husband and I did a driveup order and as soon as I opened my McDouble, I saw a noticeable mold on the bottom bun. I was lucky enough to have opened my burger from the bottom and don’t even want to imagine having eaten the burger without noticing the mold. I rarely write reviews but wanted to share this with everyone visiting this location to warn everyone of moldy burgers. Gross!
This location has been by far the WORST location I've been too. Girl that took my order didn't smile nor greet me, couldn't tell if she was asking for my order or on her headset. She just signaled. Girl that seemed to be manager was rude to all 4 customers before me including me. I understand everyone has a bad day sometimes, but it doesn't me you have to take it out on your customers. I didn't see anyone smile. Definitely most lame rude location with grumpy employees. Never going back. Don't say I didn't warn you. I'd give NO STARS but it wasn't an option.
Although some of the staff is very friendly...one of the managers and drive thru employees lack basic customer service skills. 1 out of 3 visits they will get something wrong and instead of fixing at the window, they will tell you to drive back around. Several times I just leave because I'm not going to wait in the lines again to fix their mistakes. Have slowly begun to stop coming to this location...if it weren't the most convenient location to home, I would have already stopped coming here.
Card payments are always down and most of the time the fries aren't hot and fresh, nor is the rest of your food.
