Okay this place has been pretty decent for a while but recently the last few times I've went I've had to pull to the front of the building with several other cars and wait about half an hour only to be given someone else's food or its wrong. I've tried to just stay at the window and was threatened with having the police called on me for doing so.By far the worst location I've been at.Save youre money and go to another one. Awful.
This place has two drive thruBut they can't handle it at all, slow order process and sometimes miss the orders. Every time I get a food, there is clutter !!
Almost every time I go here they mess up my order and give me someone else's food. Also they don't change their tea enough... being a former fast food manager I assume they are saving the tea overnight and serving it the next day. It consistently tastes sour and rotten.
Placed an mobile order and when I arrived 30 minutes later my order was not ready. I was asked to drive to the front of the store and wait for my order. I requested some condiments for my order. After a short wait an associate brought my order to me, however I did not receive my beverage. The associate quickly went inside to retrieve my coffee. (Which they wouldn't have had to do if my order was done when I arrived.) While she was gone I noticed that I didn't receive the condiments. When I let her she rolled her eyes at as if it caused this problem. I don't need the attitude McDonald's, just have the mobile order ready when we arrive. The food was good so two stars.
I placed an order via the app and at least according to the app it was placed successfully and the money was removed from my account. Despite this the guy working told me the order wasn't paid for and kept insisting I did something wrong. Everything on my end said otherwise and even showing him proof that the order was placed and the money had been removed he stood his ground saying I did something wrong. He suggested I cancel the order as though he had a solution but ultimately it was just a misdirection. Once I cancelled the order he no longer had to deal with me. I couldn't redo the order since it would apparently take some time for me to get my money back and so I'm left with a very unsatisfied and poorly handled experience. It may have been a simple error in the McDonald's ordering system that would've corrected itself if given a little more time but it was clear this man had zero interest in being helpful or patient. This is part of why I stayed away from McDonald's in the past. I suggest you ensure things go smoothly if you plan to order from here because if they don't and this guy is on shift it's very unlikely he will be remotely helpful.
Really slow service. Car in front is sitting for 10 mins with out service no cars ahead of them.
The real definition of fast food! I was in and out, even with a large order, in 5 minutes. The staff could use a bit more training on customer service, but that's okay nobody expects much from a 16 year old.
I come to this location often, as I often work late nights and don’t have many options for food so late at night. I work in food service as well, so I often cut workers a lot of slack for small mistakes. Luckily, I’ve never had an order issue here! The drive thru is pretty quick depending on the time of night and traffic, but I don’t mind too bad if it’s slower than usual because even then it’s a very short wait. McDonalds is McDonalds, and the food meets my standards (although sometimes I have gotten soggy fries, but lately I haven’t been having that issue.) I recommend this location if you don’t mind the typical fast food experience!
5 stars just rating against other McDonald's. No problems been here many times and never an issue or messed up order.
“We only take cash” no I know you don’t. We’re giving you our business, and you’re lying to customers and not accepting it? I’ve never seen this before. This McDonald’s should be closed down because of the HORRIBLE staff there. Literally just close it down at this point. AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE
