I would like to say customer service wise this the worst location they are rude and they hang up in your face cause they want you to add a tip for the driver. I feel we get this kind of treatment because we are a black family here in Allen, TX but I’m here to tell you never again.
Worst place EVER! I ordered (for delivery)an Italian sub with extra ham, lettuce and mayo, not heated but cut. What I got was a greasy heated sub with no lettuce, no mayo barely any ham and totally gross. I immediately called the restaurant as soon as I saw the sub. The store didn't answer but left me on hold for over 20 minutes. I called back and again they just put me on hold for another 10 minutes. I gave up trying to get through to the restaurant and decided to go online to do the feedback survey. I asked to be contacted by the manager but no one contacted me. Instead I get an email offering me free cheesy bread for free with my next order! Why would I ever order from there again? Horrible food, horrible customer service and 0 follow up. This was my 2nd time giving this restaurant a chance to get my food order right. I will never go to Marco's pizza again!

Their food is very good, but they need to work on their employees. Although the young man who answered the phone was very polite he didn't seem to know the procedures when taking orders. And the delivery young man was another story. The instructions were to "knock hard", well not only did he NOT knock hard , he didn't knock loud enough for us to hear, so he left food sit outside on a chair on the sidewalk. The only reason we knew this was because we finally called when it was past time for us to get the food. so yeah we had cold dinner! Very disappointed in Marcos right now
Half price pizza deal meant half effort pizza. SEVERAL spots on the pizza had nothing on it and the rest was so skimpy. Asked for it to be well done but crust was still soggy. They used to be great but I will not order from here no longer.
Last several times I've ordered from this store I've been very disappointed. They used to be great. Last week I got a pizza delivered and it was very bad, the sauce was missing, one of thr toppings I ordered was missing and about 50% of the pizza didn't even have cheese on it, just bubbled up dry bread. I drove it back up there and didn't even get an apology from the person at the counter who seemed frustrated that they had to remake it for me. The guy who brought it back out to me was friendly though. It's not just this experience though, I get it, sometimes stuff gets messed up but as bad as this pizza looked they should have cared more about their quality to not deliver it. Previous 4 or 5 deliveries I got were either burnt, feta cheese on one of their special pizzas was missing half the time, guess they kept running out of it, always seemed to be something that just showed a lack of quality and care. Many other poor reviews for this store make me realize it wasn't just me having bad luck. It's a shame because the pizza, when good, is amazing! Just too risky to keep getting bad ones to keep spending my money here.
Decent pizza, wings were pretty good! 2 stars for the wings.However, a few things I noticed were inconsistent distribution of toppings, inadequate cutting, and missing toppings.
Several slices of pizza didn't have cheese on them. About a third of the pizza.
We order from here almost weekly, but today was probably the last time. Today our pizza was exceptionally greasy and made my son and I sick. Usually the pizzas are really very good, but this one experience was enough to keep me away for good.
