My friend and I bought two pepperoni pizzas. Half of each pizza didn't have cheese on it, just sauce and a few pepperonis. The other half was also very light on toppings. Definitely check your pizzas before you leave! A location I go to in Dallas really piles on the toppings, so those are a good deal compared to this location. Are they trying to save on food costs? You're losing customers by skimping on the toppings.
DON'T ORDER ONLINE!!!!I placed my order online and paid but when I arrived the store was closed. The store called me and stated I would receive a refund but it's been over two weeks! When they are finally open one day (the store is rarely open) they tell me I have to call corporate. I call corporate and they are just sending a request back to the store. Please don't order pizza from here! I still have yet to receive my money!
Unfortunately the Allen location off Allen Heights is no longer what it used to be. Their food quality has gone down extremely and their service now just sucks. They are supposed to be open but once we arrived for a quick bite the place was dark and no one was working. Their hours online and on the app show different as well. Sucks their other Allen location has since closed.
Ordered lunch and paid ahead of time on the App. Went to pick it up and this location was closed with no additional information. Phone rings to ‘no voicemail’ message. App users beware. This location didn’t turn off their App ordering when they closed during regular hours today. LC customer service took my info and said if I didn’t get a refund in 5-7 days to call them back. Best they could do.
I ordered the ExtramostBest Pepperoni, Slice-N-stix, and thin crust pepperoni pizza. I didn’t get a thin crust pizza and on top of that, one of the pizzas that I received was not even cut. I called the store 5 times which all resulted in voicemails after the rings.
*HEALTH SAFETY ISSUE*I ordered Deep! Deep! Dish Sausage tonight and the dough was RAW. I posted a picture. The fork is pulling raw dough from under the cheese.I tried to call them immediately to let them know about it bc of the health concern, but it kept going to a recording with no vml. I'll be contacting the health department to let them know, since I haven't been able notify the restaurant.**Update: Notified the health dept and they are going to do an inspection of the oven's temperatures.
1st picture is of one I ordered 3 weeks ago. It was a delivery and over an hour late. Horrible pizza. 2nd pic of of tonight. I ordered a pepperoni and I got a burnt cheese pizza. Requested 2 sides of ranch which they charge for and didn’t get my ranch. I have tried to call them several times. The first few it would ring but nobody would answer. The last few times I was pushed to voicemail. Unbelievable. This place has gone down hill.
One of my stuffed breads was just bread. One of the pizzas looks like an ugly misshaped star. The other pizza was almost a circle but failed to become one because one fourth of it was just a let down. Last time my family came the stuffed bread was really good. I hope next time we come it will be as good as last time. (I don't have a phone so i had to take the photo with my chromebook)
I would give zero stars if I could! Ordered crazy bread to be delivered and got bunt crusty bread with little to no seasoning. Had to call 6 times for someone to answer. When someone finally answered I was told I could come in and get a new one. I did end up coming in and had to wait 30 minutes before I was even recognized by someone. When I finally got my bread it is not cooked all the way through with little to no seasoning again! Not sure why this place has gotten so bad over the years. Even heard someone say you need to order online, cause they don’t answer the phone and they don’t acknowledge you when you come in.
Tried twice in the last week, both times epic failures. Only reason I went back was because the manager took care of me after complaining the first time. Showed up second time and they did not even have the order, or lost it. Pizza is now 30 minutes late. First time they said they ran out of dough and employee problems. Owner should fix this or it shows he/she don’t give a $-.t. Maybe reach out to your customers who know.Update- Pizza is now 40 min late but should have shortly. Also watched another customer come in where 25% of his pizza had nothing on it, including cheese. He got a refund.
