My favorite restaurant in the area! Always a great experience with friendly staff and the burgers are consistently delicious ? Also one of my experiences there a worker made sure I had everything I needed and got me ketchup when I forgot to get it before sitting down I appreciated it!! The only thing is I wish they were a little more reasonable with their prices!!
Allen, Tx Location. I used to love this location. Service was great, food was always reliably good. The last 4-5 visits have been terrible.On the most recent visit, the order was 15 minutes later than the pre scheduled pickup. (Placed 45 minutes in advance.). The burgers were nearly raw. They weren’t made as ordered. The avocado that we paid extra for was just a few slivers on each burger. Overall a complete disappointment and I hope we can get our money back.
Took a coworker/friend out for lunch for his 1st time here! He suggested another burger place in Allen but I let him know Liberty Burger is where it’s at! From the service, to the fries, to the burgers EVERYTHING WAS PHENOMENAL! Afterwards he said he’ll be bringing his wife here for sure! Well done Liberty!

Raw burger and screamed at by rude manager. When I called to tell her I’d received a raw burger in my togo order she kept asking me what temperature I ordered it at. I said well not raw. This went on for a few seconds she didn’t apologize or offer to fix it. Obviously if I’m calling to complain my burger isn’t cooked properly. Finally she hung up on me. My husband drove the raw burger back so she could see it. Refunded money but I’m done with rude manager will not be back.

This is an awesome place, everything is simply great!Both food and service are better than most full service restaurants.I have tried almost all burgers except veggie, they all have been exceptional.
