This place never disappoints! Absolutely amazing menu selection for all sized appetites. If your a fan of a great Old Fashion, look no further than their Maple Bacon Old Fashion, garnished of course with their famous Maple and Cayenne seasoned bacon. It's the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and spicy. The cocktail itself had the wonderful aroma of a campfire. Just sublime! The servers are always so polite and patient, and are very knowledgeable of the menu. We had Mitchell for our most recent visit, and he did a phenomenal job of anticipating all our needs, and was spot on and check ready when we were ready to leave. Do yourself a favor and take advantage of this unique restaurant that offers a variety of cuisine fit for the while family. But most unique is their Beer and TV dinners which allow you to take a bit of their entire menu home with you to enjoy throughout the week. Just a great place all around for any hungry diners looking to get quality food and large portion sizes. You will be happily full when you leave. I highly recommend stopping here first before heading out to shop at the nearby Allen Town Center, as my family and I always do. Thank you again Lazy Dog Allen Staff and Kitchen for consistently being a top notch restaurant worthy of visiting any day of the week.
Staff was super nice. Food was good. Got tofu lettuce wrap and the sweet potato tots. My daughter loved her pot roast dip sandwich and granddaughter had green beans and teriyaki chicken with rice. Will be back again.
This was our first time here and we were very pleased. The food was delicious and we were comped an appetizer because we were not “greeted” when we arrived (very unexpected as we did not complain about this). The fact that they are pet friendly on the patio is a bonus!
I've been going to Lazy Dog for at least 4 years. I've loved every experience until today. The food was as always, exquisite. For the first time, the service was not. I realize she may have just been having a bad day so I want to only speak the facts. We ordered the brunch donuts and they came raw in the middle. When I told her she asked what we wanted her to do about it. She didn't take them back or fix this. Although we didn't eat then we were charged for them. Our drinks were empty for a long time, when we asked for a refill she very firmly set it down and kept going. We had no flatware or napkins (we asked for some a few times), the food finally came, she was no where in sight and we had no means to eat it.We ordered a dessert to go and we received salad dressing rather than caramel sauce.I realize there's a food server shortage but she left quite a door taste. We were still kind to her and told 20%.On another note, Landry was a blessing. She got our flatware, ketchup and an additional to go box and a bag. Keep her, she's great.
Great yummy brunch! Conner was our bartender and server. He was very attentive and personable. We had the red pomegranate sangria, wild blueberry lemon drop, and to eat the burrito and the chicken, biscuits and gravy, all were very good. I included pics of our meal but after eating half, lol!
Phenomenal atmosphere with amazing wait staff. My water never went dry, my food came fast, the service was kind and courteous. This place has a vast variety of options to eat and drink. You will not leave this place hungry. We tried the calamari and that tasted like orange chicken 10/10. The wok bowls are delightful. The burgers are massive and overloaded with all the fixins. If you have kids, the kids sundae is amazing portion to share with your babies. 100% will be back to this location. ❤
I was visiting from the UK. Reserved a table for Mother’s Day Brunch. The service was good, drinks and food arrived promptly. Had the garden quiche with a side of fries - it was absolutely delicious. Will visit again when on vacation.
We had lunch here and I thought it was very good for a chain restaurant. Service was fast and the restaurant itself is huge. They have a great drink selection to choose from. We had the fried chicken sandwich and a burger with fries and both were excellent. Perfect spot for a nice breakfast or lunch.
Very popular eatery just off of Highway 75 & Stacy. We arrived a bit before 6pm and there was already a wait list. Took about 20 minutes to get a table but things were running efficiently and the wait staff did not seem overwhelmed - instead a very laid back easy going vibe from everyone. We ordered drinks and then later multiple appetizers. A complementary appetizer of fresh fried potato chips with herbs and garlic came out first and then we tried the buffalo wing nuggets, the fried deviled eggs and the mini corn dogs - all were very tasty and we would order again. Food and service were excellent and even though the place was full - the acoustics were good and it was possible to carry on a conversation without issue - a big PLUS these days in places!
Good place, some tasty beer and some good food..
