04/13Drove 20mins to reach here and 9:25pm almost 35mins before closing they dont have donuts, not sure why store is open. They dont answer phones.. waste of time and gas/ miles. Horrible xperience.≠==========loved Krispy Kreme always except for the irate person at counter this am. Ordered couple dozen bunny donuts and donut holes, at pickup felt I was not welcome. Rude and least bother abt customer. Asked to scan for Krispy Kreme app and was told to call corporate. Didn't like it this time but always love the donuts..
Dozen mixed is now almost $13. Lobby is closed. No cake doughnuts or krullers available here. Gal at window was not friendly at all, kinda rude truthfully. Go somewhere else. Had I not promised my kids doughnuts, I would have told them nevermind. had to go here because Max's was closed. I will go to dunking doughnuts next time if I need some and Max's is closed.

Sitting in the drive thru, trapped, 4 cars deep, with 4 cars behind. Same dude first in line waiting for his donuts since we got here 22 minutes ago. I called inside the store. Apparently there’s nothing they can do. Not like every other drive thru where if the order takes awhile they ask that person to pull forward so they can serve everyone else. Not at Kristi Kreme. Everyone is getting out of their cars to go ask what’s going on. They’re accosting the guy. No employees in sight. Update: Just pulled up to the window and no one is there. 4 and 6 year old girls are rioting in the back seat. Wtf Update: got donuts. They still charged me. 27 minutes in. Unbelievable
We waited at the drive thru window on 3/28/22 and no one came until about 4 minutes. The girl came out of the restroom with gloves on and that was gross! I feel like she may have used the restroom with her gloves on and tried to fix our donuts so we DROVE clean off and will NEVER return because that was Not sanitary. She was white, brownish long curly hair and petite.
Great place and I love the hot melt in the mouth, super soft donuts and Krispy Kreme is my fav. You can turn on your notifications using app and you do get notified when they make hot donuts. Believe me, it tempts so much .
Went for first time today. I usually frequent to mom and pop donut shops but decided to try this. Busy as it was a Sunday morning around 10am. Waited in drive thru for more than 6 min to order. She just said I'll be with you in a moment. No big deal, everywhere is short staffed. Anyway, long story short, the donuts were ok. Not as fresh as I thought they would be considering the lighted sign was on. Also asked for assorted classic rings and got four filled that nobody will eat but that's my fault for not checking.
If You want a yesterday donuts,and bad service- this is the place.It was our favorite place to go to until today.And the girl that "helped" me made me a feel:"don't come here anymore.Just take Your donuts and leave".So frustrating.I think Krispy cream needs to do an audit for there staff.Update,after tasting the minis,that was given to me as today's,I pretty sure the peanut butter,was there at least couple days.It was hard,You can't bite .I think staff use it as,Not everyone will be back for one donut to return Bit I am sure,not to return.The best choice.Hope my friends will follow me
They had no more original glazed donuts. The workers were nice about it but how can you not have any more glazed donuts at Krispy Kreme's? I asked when they would have them again and they said it would be a long time, so we ended up not getting anything. (This was at 11 am)
