This is a place at the first time today 2/22/2022 tuesday at 7:30pm I stopped by and ask a lady at a counter. Do you have discount today? and she said no.ok Then I placed order 12pcs of legs and tight chicken only.then go home I open a box and here in there breast,tight,wing,legs all mix.Do you know the problem is very old chicken and smell bad.i and my wife could not eat and we throwed away in a trash.I am sorry I loved KFC alot of time but now I have to say this.EVERYBODY WHEN BUY THESE CHICKEN YOU HAVE TO OPEN A BOX RIGHT OVER THERE AND CHECK BEFORE YOU BRING IT HOME. BECAUSE ALL CHICKEN THAT VERY YELLOW AND OLD.THIS IS MEAN RECOOK TOO MANY OF TIME THAT WHY CHICKEN BURNED.

Ordered 4 drumsticks, mashed potatoes, large pepsi and fries for delivery.What did I get? 1 drumstick, mashed potatoes with no utensils, a Pepsi with no straw and half filled fries.That's not an accident. That's an order that probably 3 staff members handled and not a single one bothered to check.

I'm glad KFC has a plant based option. It is good for convenience, however, it tastes a little cardboard ish and the outside is light and crispy delicious but the inside is unflavored and bland.

WORST experience ever. We waited about 5-10 minutes at the ordering speaker and not a soul answered. I had to say hello twice before the man said “can you hold on, we will be right with you” fine.. we did… another 5-10 minutes pass and we ask them if they were going to take our order since there was only one car in front of us getting their food handed to them and about 4 cars behind us waiting to order. The man then proceeded to tell my husband “ok we can hear y’all” the woman then interjected and said thank you for your patience (probably realized her colleague was out of line) we immediately left after that. The way he spoke to us was completely unacceptable we understand places are short staffed and can be stressful, but in no way should that guy have spoken to us that way. Goes without saying that we will NOT be returning ever again.

Went to drive through for them to tell me there's no French fries. My order needed 4 orders of fries. They also did not include the gravy for my mash potato. They shouldn't allow people to go to the window to pay for them to tell you they're out of stuff beforehand.

Wife got a family meal from here tonight. It did not have any chicken breast pieces in the bucket. They instead put thigh pieces. So we try calling them to let them know we are not happy and they don’t answer the phone. Going to call my credit card company and let them know and see if they can do anything.

This is the second time they messed up my order and I did not find out till I got home. The drive thru was incredibly slow both times. Go inside and order and make sure you got everything before you leave.

This was the worst service, this girl was so rude with us. She needs to learn a lot, her actitud was so so rude I feel very uncomfortable and the food was cold and the drinks without ice.

Why should you let your store to even be open when you don’t even have anything on the menu SMH worse experience I EVER had in a fast food restaurant. Will not return.

Was bad 3 months ago continues to be bad. Old chicken, rushed through Drive Thru. Isn’t the Drive Thru part of the job. Would have ordered more!! Until I got my order which was packaged when I got to Pay Window, Yes it was yesterday’s. Dry over cooked.Same thing 3 months ago. Dry over cooked chicken.Please close. I will give No Additional changes to improve.
