I went into Jersey Mikes yesterday , and had the worst experience ever!!! I even sent an email as well thru the jersey mikes website . The guy that assisted me and my friend was very rude and got upset when i asked him to change his gloves and remake my sandwich after he had touched cash and than my sandwich with the same gloves. He gave me and my friend attitude refused to remake my sandwich even refuse to give us our refund after going back and forward with requesting my money back ,another employee asks how he could make things better for us and than i asked for my money again and he said we cant do that and i said i don’t want the food all i want is my money back and he pulled a 20 dollar bill from his wallet and gave it to us. Than i asked for my receipt and didn’t provide it and asked for the cashier guys name and he said its “none ya” at this point this employer shouldn’t be there if he refuses provide customers good service and use his brain to know that he shouldn't touch food after touching cash just common sense.
If "Bacon" is listed as an ingredient on the sub. Don't ask do I want bacon. Yes I want bacon it's an ingredient on the sub. That's like asking if I want meat or bread. It is up to me the consumer to order it without bacon if I don't want bacon not the store ?To the owners response: Again a club sandwich comes with mayo and bacon. The ingredients are listed clearly on the menu. I've come in and was not asked if I wanted bacon and it was left off even though it is clearly an item that's supposed to automatically come on a "club" sandwich. I don't understand why they are targeting the bacon and making it an add on when its a key part of the sandwich. When I look at a menu and order an item that's listed if I don't want something on it I ask to have it left off or pick it off. It's not a pork thing because there's ham on the club that I order. If every restaurant adopted this policy we wouldn't know what we were getting anywhere. It's like ordering a bacon Cheeseburger somewhere and they ask you if you want the bacon. If you don't want something on your sandwich you ask to have it left off not the other way around.#YesWeWantTheBacon !!!
Jersey Mike's at the Exchange location was exceptional from the time I called...for a last minute large event order, to the exact delivery time that the catering was needed. The manager was wonderful, patient and went above and beyond to help with details of the order, and was keen to ensure we had great delivery service for the event. The various sandwiches were also fresh and tasted amazing! We will be using them again very shortly! Thank you!
I've been buying lunches at this Jersey Mikes in Allen regularly for over 4 years. Since mid-2020, I or my roommate pick up lunch here at least 3 times a week The sandwiches taste really good, are made to order just as we request. They have quality meats and use enough to make a filling sandwich (unlike certain other sub shops) and all the ingredients are fresh tasting. The roast beef is fantastic and if you don't like it pink, they'll heat it - no problem. Hold the onions - no problem. All done with a good attitude. Wish I could say the same about some of the customers.The place is spotless with the exception of the middle of the lunch hour rush. I will never understand why someone would get up from a table and just leave their trash sitting there when there is a large trash bin right by the door! Fortunately the manager keeps the focus on having a clean sandwich making and prep area with quick clean ups of the dining room until the rush is over. This location is much cleaner than some of the other Jersey Mikes locations I've been in.One more thing, if you have a problem, tell them. If you did take-away, tell them the next time you come in so they can work to fix it.
Fresh ingredients, quality meat, made to your request (no onions, no problem). Clean shop, friendly employees, one of the best places to get a sandwich in this area. Been getting lunches here for several years, I highly recommend it.
My husband and i ate here on 11-12-21,and i waited to write this to be 100% sure. I got a philly and my husband got a cold sandwich,within 1 hour i had horrible diarrhea all night. The next day it was worse followed with vomiting. All day i was throwing up with diarrhea,nothing i took worked. Finally Sunday afternoon i went to a Fast Doc clinic,they tested for covid and flu since my body was hurting all the way around to my back. Both test came back negative. He then ordered blood work,i mentioned i had ate here but he wanted to rule out everything first. Of course my blood work came back fine,by now i have missed days at work with both of my jobs and felt week and hurt from all the throwing up. So i asked the Dr then is it safe to say i had food poisoning and he said yes..This place got me so sick,i could not hold anything down,food or drinks. I will never eat here again and don't recommend it at all.

I love Jersey Mikes, but this one was far and away the worst one I’ve been to. It was filthy, all the tables had crumbs and dirty all over them (mind you, I came during a time that it was empty). The trash can was overflowing, the lettuce they had was all wilted and brown, the are behind the counter was also filthy. There were three teenaged guys working there, I don’t blame them, I blame whoever the manager is. Definitely won’t be coming back to this Jersey Mike’s.

Had an amazing experience at this Jersey Mike’s, T people making my food were really nice. There names were Grayson and Carter. Amazing service and really nice guys!!!
