Hard working employees, taste really good, I got the pomegranate sunrise.
I asked the guy for a recommendation and he did not disappoint! The acai drinks they have are great, as well as their tropical one. (i forgot what it’s called but it tasted amazing.) The customer service was genuine and friendly.
Kashayla (spelling?) is the greatest. So professional and kind. Will be returning again thanks to her amazing service.

Hit or miss.... I have had good smoothies in the past here. But it seems like what you get depends on who is working. I was given a smoothie made with milk, which I am allergic. The person who made it lied and said he used the correct milk. No one offered to remake it so I trashed and left. I won't be back after this one.The order was a pb banana with soy protein (they were out of plant protein) and almond milk.
all i wanted was a smoothie and i got laughed at by a bunch of kids on their phones, as well as getting the wrong order out to me. this is the poorest location that exists in the area, and i will never be back.
As always fast service, friendly people and our order was spot on. I can always count on great recommendations and a smile. We always stop by when we're close.
I ordered delivery. I usually order from the Plano location but for some reason the door dash app was only showing this location. Literally all of my bananas look like this. My bowl was over flowed also to where some got in the bag. The sandwich looks sloppy. Not sure if this is the type of product this location typically provides but this is horrible.Edit: I decided to not eat what I was given from this location. Luckily my boyfriend took it without the bananas in it. I decided to order straight from the Jamba Juice app so I can get it from the Plano location. The first picture is for the Allen location, and the last two photos are what I received from the Plano location. I even let my order sit for a little bit since the Plano location is a little closer than the Allen location. Noted: also the sandwich from Allen is the impossible sandwiches and the one from Plano is the sausage one, but you can definitely see the difference in quality.
I’m not going to say her name but I won’t be back to this Jamba Juice as customer service is not their strong suite. Im going to spend My money with companies who appreciate it.
im not the type to usually leave reviews but the weird kid with brown hair needs to put on a mask and a pair of gloves. we’re in a pandemic.
