I haven't been to Jack in the Box in years and my first visit back has been very disappointing. The food has no flavor. In the past the curly fries used to be so good but today, they are gross. The portion sizes are very small. I'm just super sad how much they've gone down hill. Now I will say the service was good and friendly. They were also fast but the food itself is the reason I won't be returning.
Scott and Ms Rosa are turning this place around; AWESOME employees!!! I work for the shops and my crew drops in from time to time and the food and service is here is top tier compared to some of the other Jack locations.The reason for the review is because this time around I stopped in on a personal day with the wifey and they took care of us, everything was super fresh, hot, and tasty! You guys rock ??
This is a Place of disappointment.Double check your drive through orders.Good luck.Update:Since the owner was kind enough to ask me for another chance I am bumping the rating to 4.And also next time I will make sure I have all my ordered items.
Really bad experience. Food was old and cold. And I'm actually offended that anyone would serve my family such bad food. We went for early dinner and it seemed like we got what was left over from lunch? I got a spicy chicken sandwich that was dry and hard and cold. Cold fries. Two stars because they happily replaced my fries. Sat down after that to eat my chicken and felt bad about going back to ask for a different sandwich. I have been to this location once before and had a reAll great spicy chicken. Won't be back because they serve food to people that they them selves wouldn't eat or give to their families integrity is important to me.
My last time I went there, the employees there were obviously not focusing on what they’re supposed to do, and the person who took my order mistook my order of “a Large Curly Fries & a Small Drink”, when he gave me “a Small Curly Fries & and a Large Drink”! What on Earth?! If I could give that place half a star, it would be complete satisfaction for me, so take my advice, don’t waste your money at that place.
I have never experienced such pathetic service and the worst drive thru ever!! It defeats the whole purpose to getting food via drive thru! I understand if it happens once , but it’s the case every time! If they have staffing issues maybe they should just close down this location for good! Which drive thru takes 30 mins? That too without any proper explanation! He will just tell you “Wait a second” and disappear for 20 mins till you yell at them !
We are from Michigan and make it a point to eat at different restaurants each time we come visit our kids.Today hubbs chose Jack in the box for lunch. It was easy to get to, the restaurant was clean and employees were friendly and efficient.I got the sourdough Jack with curly fries. It was a good choice. The sourdough was toasted perfectly, and the flavor meld made for a good flavor experience.Hubbs got the sausage burrito and a hash brown and he was very happy with his choice.
Drive-thru is very slow at 2am on Saturday nights. Way to long for this type of food.

Today I went to this location. Its obvious they are having staffing issues cuz it shows in the quality of the service and in the food. I was in thewa slow moving drive thru line for about 25 mins so yes they were busy but when I got my cheese burger and fries they both was not even warm smh. I asked for some free dough balls for waiting in line for so long and they were fresh and was as the kids say " On point" lol Staffing issues and covid has affected every business, so hopefully, this was just a bad day and tomorrow will be better for this location. HANG IN THERE!!
