Cold morning stopped in for hot coffee and an extreme sausage sandwich. Did not disappoint. Hot,delicious and filled me with warmth to continue shopping
While this place seems like it could use some more employees, they are working fairly well with what they have. Been there multiple times due to it being near my work and one of the few places open when I get off, and almost 100% of the time have driven away happy with my experience.
Good food and consistent except for the fact that sometimes I know there are people in the restaurant but nobody answers the drive-thru intercom
Went to this location two nights In a row around 3 or 4 am on 02/27 I was told the system was down so they couldn’t take orders tonight 02/28 at almost 5 am she says they are currently closed I work overnight across the street and this is ridiculous for them to be sitting on the clock an not serving customers that defeats the purpose of 24hr service your paying these kids for nothing and this is why they don’t want to work or handle business properly what a shame this is
I literally just got food from here about 20 minutes ago and everything is horrible and nobody spoke English. My 3 combos are cold and not made right and a few items were missing. They were Not busy at all. We will never come back
Ordered from Uber.Burger was missing onions and the single tomato was as thick as my churros. Churros themselves didn’t have the cinnamon sugar on them. Also to top it off ordered 15 mini tacos and received 9.Quality.
Service at its finest. First they didn’t have tacos, so I had to order something since I was already stuck in line. Then they hand me this. Yeeeah, never coming back to this location for sure.
2nd time this happens breakfast time with the nice delightful guy at the window. NOT!!!! You know if employees do this constantly and they do it on purpose tells you the kind of so called human beings they are. They must at one point or another ask themselves what if this happens to me..... right.1st time drive thru, I ordered grill cheese extra cheese and get to work not grill cheese they game me I believe called ultimate breakfast grill. I can't eat eggs and it had two eggs and I didn't want any meat.2nd time my hubby surprised me bringing breakfast to my job guess what same exact thing happened to him.Also I will never order the chicken nuggets ever again old, refried, nasty.My hubby also went a different day asked for fresh they came out with same old looking things. This jack in the box customer service really sucks. No telling what is actually happening in the back.
JAK SVC SUX! +!++ALWAY Rude rude staff. Customer is always wrong here! They don't listen to customers here.... friendly service is not a priority here. They will argue with you, they will make no Apologies for being wrong.... even though they have had an attitude with you for 5 minutes... the moment you realize they are trying to treat you like a little kid & check them they try & argue how its your fault. My server a confused person with red hair trying to be the queen of "Divas" is startin shxt with me over the intercom & arguing with me about the way I'm saying my order.... Hello its a #! The drink machine had few drinks available , the fries were lukewarm and the floor was slippery like their was oil on it.
