My husband has been telling me for weeks how good the fries are here. So we finally went and ordered one order of fries and a chocolate shake. The chocolate shake was good, but the fries were barely edible. I would have gone back but they were busy. The fries were tiny little nibs. Not one fry was longer than 3in long, and they tasted like dehydrated potatoes. We were pretty disappointed, especially since it was the only food we ordered. In my opinion if someone only orders one food from and establishment, it should be a no brainer that it tastes great!

I was first introduced to In-N-Out Burger when I worked for a California company. I kept telling my family how wonderful it was and so when my sister and I had an opportunity to be in Plano and saw the In-N-Out Burger, we made it a point of going there. It was as good as I remembered and my sister was equally impressed. The staff was efficient and friendly.
This was the introductory restaurant for my favorite fast-food burger, and so it holds a special place in my heart! All of us in the car were trying In-N-Out for the first time and ended up loving it. Thankfully, due to the guy's advice taking our order, I got my double-double and fries animal style. While the fries are mediocre, as I've often heard, smothering it with spread helped enormously and made them enjoyable. Great burger, and highly affordable for what you get! I'm looking forward to getting the chance to eat at another In-N-Out.
Not expensive, nothing that's over the top, but they make them like you would at home. Big slice of onion, chunks of lettuce, a couple of thin sliced tomatoes on a bun with a special spread that makes it all blend together...Juicy, flavor and just a nice way to get a burger outside your house at a good price..Did I say the fries are just as good?
Food is always fresh. But the most wonderful thing is their service. Cashier was very thoughtful, gives my girls stickers to play while we were waiting for food. Details are everything.
Let me say this first the staff was very friendly in the drive-thru, I think that was one of the only positives. While on a trip visiting here in the Dallas area, I stopped for lunch got a burger, frys, and a drink. Honestly growing up in the south, I thought that we like our food seasoned. Now thinking about it, a Big Mac has more flavor. Then the fries how are they cold out the grease? "The customer was too stunned to eat..."
Before I say what I say, keep in mind I had high expectations for this place hearing from friends. I went on a road trip to Dallas, Texas and stopped here for a quick lunch. Hamburger was mediocre and french fries were maybe 2 star. After I ordered the guy forgot to hand me my drink, and later had to ask from my now favorite worker... (he knew how to get the job done) who's name I don't know. I will say the drink fountain was worth mention with motion detected refills.
