Probably the worst IHOP I’ve ever been to the hostess sounded like she was smoking 10 packs of cigarettes before every single word she said offered zero help or explanation and the entire waiting room got up and left at the same time what a miserable excuse for a place to eat or run a business I cannot believe they hired this group of transients

This IHOP had good food, decent service and prices. I felt it was clean, but could be a little cleaner. The restroom smelled like fish. The plate my food was served on had a about a dime sized chip in it. When I worked in food service years ago, plates that were chipped could not be used. If a chipped plate was found by the health department, it was an infraction.

Its a great place for late night pancakes, and the staff does a great job taking care of you. Our coffee was always hot, the food tasted great, and came out faster than expected. They also made sure we had everything we needed, and didn't make us feel at all rushed. If your in the hotels nearby, its a good place to grab food late at night.

What can you say about IHOP? It was one of the only places opened at 2am. The waitress was really great, and the food was good. The only knock is that it took 20 min to take our order and another 30 min to bring it to us. Can't really fault them too much, but nearly an hour for just eggs and pancakes is still excessive.Still for a place that is open early morning, the service and food were really great.

Terrible. We tried to go once; smelled funny, floors very sticky (and this was just inside the entrance??), three employees sitting at a table but no one acknowledged us, and we finally left (another group did too; same issue). Months later, saw "under new management" sign had been up for a while, and decided to try ordering for pickup. Hubby showed up to collect order; ONE person was working THE WHOLE RESTAURANT -- waiting tables, COOKING, etc. Food not ready of course (and the one family in the restaurant -- hub talked to them -- had waited two hours to receive their order). Asked lone waitress to cancel order; hub says she wasn't rude (not nice either) but said OK. No email showing cancellation, and no contact info on email to make sure order has been cancelled. Sad for the one waitress as well, but she was *visibly* ill (not her fault considering what she's going through, but still -- not a great thing to have someone quite ill preparing the food with Covid, etc. floating around). Why did the "new management" not just close the place down if almost all employees were not available and the only one willing to come in is obviously sick? Just yuck.

Juan was amazing. He had been working alone all day, cooking and serving all the meals. He was so pleasant and the food was delicious and freshly prepared. Covid has been super stressful on service industry employees, but Juan is a total trooper. ??

ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. The wait time to be seated at this ihop is horrific. Lobby full of people & no one at this ihop came out to inform us on anything, they just kept us waiting & waiting & waiting. Many waiting customers walked out extremely upset. Also, many customers that had already finished eating, paid & left, & still no one seated any of us. This is why I only eat at ihop once a year, but after this horrific experience, no more ihop for us.

Patrick was amazing!! I called FIRST TIME EVER did I get someone to answer the phone!! I let him know what happened (down below) and he fixed it all for me and went above and beyond in his customer service!! I use to work in the restaurant industry and he is a perfect example of how a person demonstrates great service where customers want to come back!! We eat there at least once a month and have never experienced such amazing service that he gave!We ordered takeout on new years eve and it was missing so much I tried to call up the next day and no one answered so I drove all the way back and the assistant manager told me only the GM could issue refunds so I can come back in the mornings... I told her I already drove up here twice and I work in mornings so she said they will call me and issue refund over phone I waited.. no call.. no refund..

Employees was very rude, and was upset due to the fact Employees was working on Christmas. This was shared among coworkers and over heard by customers. Staff was mean and very rude making a statement that Staff could kick family out. What occurred was that there was table to be seated, but the kitchen was backed up. My family was told it would be 5-10 minutes due to this fact. After 10 minutes came by staff shared with new guest it would be 30 minutes. When family asked staff about this staff got rude and shared we could seat down, but we wouldn't get serve till the kitchen catches up. All comments made by staff should not have been made. This was very upsetting and as my family left so did other customers. This is a restaurant that should retrain staff in a manner that is fitting to the establishment.

Wonderful staff and our waitress was wonderful. We were a party of 14 and she took amazing care of all of us. Would love to be back.
