Better previously, but this time was unfortunate in terms of food quality...fried pickles were pale and soggy...burgers were overcooked so very dry. Staff was lovely, but we paid too much for what we got and likely won't go back.
Don’t get the Tea ☕️. The lid was inside it. Yuck, But The burgers ? are so good!
Great customer service quality. Fresh burger. Great Oreo milkshake
Very good burger. Great place for families.
Food was good, play equipment was clean, and the guy taking orders was exceptional. Great for families
Not bad!! My fries were cold and limp, but burger was hot and tasty. Good service.
Burgers are small and priced higher than what I would expect for the size/portion. Fries are good and well seasoned. The chicken nuggets are trash. They claim a 24 hour buttermilk soak is done on all chicken, but what we got was dry, chewy, and flavorless. The nuggets looked almost black under a very thin coat of fry batter. The concept is great. A place to let the kids play while the parents get a chance to eat together (something rare when you have kids) but the did is lack luster. Some parents take it a little too far and do not watch their children at all.
Service was great, I was with a group and they were very patient with us since most of us including myself have never been before. The food however was not that great. My burger had to get remade 3 times, the 1st because the bun was almost completely burnt. The bacon fries had way too much salt on them for my taste. Willing to try this place again, but not a great outcome for my first time going here.
Food wasn't the best and over priced. Fries were so salty we couldn't eat them. Floor was sticky like a dive bar
So disappointed in this place. It has such potential and yet fails every time. The meat itself is well cooked and moist. The ingredients that are used seem like high quality. I love the seasoning on the fries. It could be so good. The burgers are always tragically under-seasoned though, and there's never anywhere close to enough sauce. The fries are also always old and stale. It seems criminal to have so much potential but to fail in these easy-to-fix areas. I've gone back a few times hoping it was just a new cook being trained or something, but it's just consistently not-seasoned beef with almost no sauce and therefore no flavor. Fries are also never fresh. I don't get it. This could be one of my top 3 burger places in Allen, but they just can't get the easy stuff right. I'm not mad, Hat Creek. Just very disappointed.
