I’ve been here a couple times and this time was not the best. Food was very bland, the beans were weird and my guacamole was brown. Drove an hour just to eat here, definitely not worth it.
Really good food! First time having this and I was impressed! It's very similar to Chipotle just American style.
Their online order app is buggy. It added steak by default as protein even though we chose not to add any protein.Dor a vegetarian it's a painful experience to order online via freebirds. Hope they address this issue soon
A bit pricy for fast food, but you can get a big tasty burrito the way you want it, and it can be reasonably healthy. I have mine with very little rice, a good choice for diabetics.
I'm in town for the week training at Allen Police Training Facult . Was looking for a nice carb friendly salad. Was totally awesome. Great customer service. Priced amazing to give Chipotle a run for the money. Stop in. Check it out. Will definitely be getting another or two my week here. Yummy! Sorry I didn't get a before pic.
Great employee's, great food, even helped me out when I order a queso and chips I was given salsa instead and the cashier apologized and just gave it to me without having to deal with that whole process. Definitely coming back
Dang, Freebirds used to be my favorite franchise to get a burrito. The quality has been going down hill for a while. Recently had a monster steak burrito and the beans were crumbly, barely noticed the steak, and the hot sauce tasted funny. Cookie was stale too. I'll try and keep up the support in hopes of a turnaround but it's getting tougher and tougher...
I can't recommend this place. I was craving a chicken burrito and instead of going to Chipotle I decided to try Freebirds for the first time. When I saw the chicken I should have turned around. It was processed little cubes. Seriously. I opted for no beans, so the employee doubled down on the rice. I paid $10 for a rice burrito with a small serving of processed cubed chicken. All of it tasted gross. The salsa on the burrito, the rice and the chicken just did not taste good. Will never be back.
I sent my brother in with an order (steak bowl w/ guac and chips) that he read to the guy. I got everything BUT the steak! And they charged me for a steak bowl when all i got was a VEGGIE bowl. We were passing thru Allen. I live 45 mins away! Way to go, FREEBIRDS! ??
I ordered using the Freebirds ap. When I arrived 15 minutes later, my food was on a shelf waiting for me to pick it up. Easy peasy!
