I came in today because my name was one of the ones chosen (which never happens anywhere) and even though I made it in a little late (10 minutes to close) I was met with phenomenal customer service!! I typically don't go to places right before close because it's rude but I had just gotten back from Dallas and wanted to get my free sub ?..... anyway, I have an extremely bad allergy to tomatoes and when I tell you they were the most careful I have EVER seen, I mean it! And they were all so sweet and never once did I feel like I was being rushed or a difficult person and that means a lot. I am often met with either disbelief or frustration that s place needs to make special accommodations, but not here. Thank you ladies!!! You made what is typically a really bad day for my family a wonderful day today ❤️
What a Place! Staff is A++ Today I was almost an hour late picking up my grub and when I arrived home was amazed how warm everything still was ! Ty for taking such good care of my package! I have gotten food straight from the drive thru other places that was not as warm ! Lol so Head on down here to Firehouse and Allen Sure to please!
The barbecue brisket sub here gives me life, add chopped pickles to it.. it will change your life.
I love Firehouse Subs they have great food friendly staff and a clean restaurant plus if you round up your change it goes to Aid First Responders and who doesn't want to do that

My bread was cold and stale. Niether of the Italian subs i ordered were toasted. The cashier seemed like she didn’t want to be there, i hope she finds her happy place because that sure wasn’t it. Not sure if that is the new standard of firehouse, but if it is, never again.
So good! It can be a little slow when they are busy, and you need to ask them for your online order, but it is worth the wait. The sandwiches here are the best

It's always very clean, Sandwich artist always give you what you ask for, with a smile! Customer service goes a long way in the restaurant business. I love the story behind Firehouse and their support of the community and charities. The food is great and their restaurant is always well stocked.
