I always drink the classic black milk tea here, i recommend w 50% sweet, it was really good. I also love boba dirty boba but I prefer the caffeinated one. staff are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place!!!!!
I went in to get 2 drinks after work, and there was one person waiting before me. I went up to order, and by the time I had completed ordering it took me over 20 minutes to get my drink. The workers were moving so leisurely, like they had all day to make them, specifically the young girl who was making mine. By the time I had gotten my order, a few more people had walked in an ordered. The staff seemed like they had no care for peoples time. It shouldn’t have taken that long to get 2 drinks when the shop wasn’t full. It was my first time there, and truthfully the service turns me off from going back.
Best boba place in the area. Quality drinks and nice staffs. They answered all my questions patiently. I will come back more often.
The same day after having the Thai Milk Tea with boba, my temperature went up, I got a headache, chills, and loss of appetite. I went with a friend who ordered the Oreo Milk Tea with boba, and she felt the same symptoms, so its safe to say we got food poisoning. :(
On Friday 3/4/2022, I arrived at the store at 9:36pm and the sign/Google says they open until 10pm. Was told they stopped taking order at 9:30. You should correct your hours of operation. We drove a long way to your store and arrived almost 30 minutes before you close.
( TO the MANGER) You ask why I change my reviews.! I bring my entire family into your store and while Feng Cha has a good product I have encountered nothing but complete rudeness and drinks that are made incorrectly. Good management would want to make sure staff is treating customers well and making drinks correctly. Especially if that customer is spending the kind of money we spend in your store daily. We have 5 kids and I care for my disabled mom. That is 7 people I am purchasing for daily. If you look at my google reviews you will see that we eat out every single day and I have given all other establishments 5 stars. I am not just singling your store out. I come here to make my kids happy but if there was another Feng Cha closer I would go to it. Sticking with my original post>They are doing a better job and they have a great product. Having said this a few employees believe they can eyeball the amount needed for ingredients. When making my matcha breeze I noticed almost another drink entirely in the blender. My drink was so watered down. The young man making it told me they always have leftovers. Another barista said she would remake it but she said they always eyeball the amount rather than measuring ingredients. I told her it is made right you will have very little left in the holder and not a entire drink as I witnessed. When she remade it by measuring ice i I watched as the employee scooped a lot of ice into the blender rather than using the correct measuring method. It is why my drink is watered down.After remaking it with the measuring cup my drink was perfect and their was nothing left over in the blender. They need more training!
People at check out counter should be trained for customer service. Very unfriendly, not professional in answering phone calls, ot welcoming customers. Drinks are good but not consistently hand crafted and made every single time
First time here. Great first impressions. My food was served quickly and tasted great for the price.
It was our first time trying them out and we loved it! The customer service was outstanding and they explained everything really well. The drinks were really nice and very generous. We also tried the mochi donuts that they sell and it was so good! We tried the sesame ones.
