This place seems to still be struggling. It’s dirty. Out of drinks. Order came out completely wrong. Turkey burger tastes like the salt shaker fell in it. The teens didn’t like the wings either. Oh, and everything is over priced. The fries were good. So there’s that. I recommend going down the road.
I should have checked the reviews before we went. I had a turkey burger. It was so dry. The meat was flavorless. I could barely taste the cheese. My child had boneless wings and sweet potato fries and gave up after 3 fries and 2 wings. I sampled a wing and it was disgusting. I wasted $26. We get better food at Sonic.
We tried this place for first time. The cashier was very sweet and told us up front that they were shorthanded and there is a wait for food. We appreciate the honesty and elected to order anyway. It was a great burger. Zero regrets. And even though they were short-handed they still kept tables clean and everyone seemed to work well together efficiently.
Not the type of experience we were looking for. Everything was bad. This is a burger joint. The food prices are pretty expensive. There's nothing special or impressive about the burger so why the heck is it that expensive? We were the 1st customers and it took 25 minutes to receive our food. How is it possible that the food was cold??? Next, the drink dispensers sprayed us while trying to get our drinks. The lemonade dispenser wouldn't stop so it made a big puddle on the floor. The staff were nice but they need new management and cooks in the kitchen. The name was the attraction (Fatburgers) but the food was anything but enjoyable or worth coming back Ever... If given the option BYPASS this place and save your $$.
My boyfriend and I were at the mall and he wanted to try this place. I saw that they had both burgers and wings so it seemed like it would be good. We go in and it's not very crowded but it's obvious that it's run by teenagers, with maybe one or two adults working in the kitchen. My boyfriend gets the Impossible burger with no tomatoes and I get boneless wings with ranch and fries. When our food comes out, my boyfriend had tomatoes on his burger and I was missing my fries and ranch. I also had an extra set of wings which was fine with me but it meant that someone else was probably missing their food. Most of the workers were just standing around talking and staring at the customers while only one or two were actually doing their job. They were also out of forks at their utensil station and you think they would send one of the 10 teens standing around to go fill it up. Overall, the food was good but maybe set higher standards for your employees so they'll actually do their jobs

Plenty of parking as it’s located inside the outlet mall. We went on the weekend around lunch time and it is PACKED. Some staff wore masks, but zero social distancing. You do have the option to order to go, there are some outdoor seating nearby.After you order, you can find an empty table. First come first serve. We were lucky to find a table right away. But it took forever for the food to arrive, but I mean you could have guessed that from the amount of people waiting. So if you don’t want to wait then this is probably not the best spot to come to.Wings were good, not dry and had a good amount of flavor. Also ordered a Junior cheeseburger which is very standard.Fries were nice and fresh. Sweet potato fries tasted really good too.Was pleasantly surprised that they served cold beer! Since the wait for food was really long, we ordered a second round of drinks. The manager (?) was super nice and brought the second round of drinks for us instead of having us wait in line to order again.Was a nice break between shopping.

They were out of the Veggie Burger so got the Impossible Burger with non-dairy cheese. Although it most def needed more mayo it wasn't nasty... it didn't wow me either. Pretty much a regular burger IMO. ??♀️
