Ordered from Emily’s tonight. I ordered delivery on line. They use in a 3rd party delivery service. That charges $7.00 to deliver. I reached out at 6:15, my pizza still wasn’t here. I was told by Slice (We apologize for the inconvenience, we see through the delivery company that the driver has marked it as delivered , because we have contradicting information we will need to cancel the order , We went ahead and canceled the order along with the charge) I called Emily’s and the gentleman told me, “they made it and it was picked up”. He didn’t offer me anything ie, re-make, discount or anything. I’m very disappointed.
A hidden gem in the Allen area! Pizzas are tasty and the customer service is amazing! Most of the time the owner is there cooking the food and greeting the customers. They have lunch specials and even a 30” pizza perfect for sharing with a group of friends or family. Always a nice experience eating there. Support local businesses!
Ordered the veggie pizza and customised it by adding toppings. Loved the huge slices and quality! Can’t wait to go again
Loved the pizza. Portion was amazing, did not cheap out on ingredients. One thing I didn't like was the crust tho, it was too hard, crunchy. But everything else was great. I will visit again

The food is good, but it seems to be one of those places that is heavily reliant on online ordering systems like Slice. Online ordering is good and convenient, but it's nice to be able to call a place as well.After placing an order I realized I forgot one item, so I tried to call to see if I could add the item. The phone just rang and rang. I eventually called Slice, and they got through to the restaurant. I was told that they were busy and stopped taking orders, which I thought was weird since it was only 6:30 PM. Anyway, the food arrived and was good, but I was unable to correct my mistake.It's just frustrating because with a 60 second phone call, I could have either added the item, or found out that they can't do that and cancelled to order from somewhere else. Instead I spent 30 minutes calling trying to correct my mistake instead of spending time with family that was in town.So yes, the food is good. But I would say that the business is a little odd/flakey.
We tried this place for the 1st time. Delicious pizza , we got smoked bacon and cheeseburger one.so tasty.nice and clean place.
Good pies here. Specialty pies are really good, especially the sweet and spicy one. Nice guy serving them up too!
Great slice of pizza! The best I’ve had in Plano and the blend of cheeses are the tastiest of all. Beats all other pizzerias around here! Try it, you won’t regret it.
I stopped in for the first time to picked up lunch today. The service was quick and professional and the good was very good. The pizza slices are huge! The stromboli was a little overcooked to my liking but the flavor was great. I recommend trying them out, the prices are fair, flavors are good and service was wonderful.
