This is not my first time here,I like the salad here but when I went to get a salad today I got 2 salad for me and my friend, the chicken in both salad was kind of raw and not cooked well and smelled bad and when I told the manager he just told us that we can get our money back without any respect! I’m not coming back here again and do not recommend it!!!!
No attention to detail, in my experience. Went 4/25 right before closing. The staff seemed to be be very immature - goofing off, loud noises in the background while I was ordering.My $20 order was wrong several ways. I got a drumstick with my white meat meal and I got no tortillas. I got no dressing with my salad. We asked for no guac on the nachos and the nachos had guac. Just close if you don’t want to be bothered with a customer.
The best tasting grilled chicken I've had in a long time. The corn is delicious and so are the charro beans. Everything I ate was wonderful!

First time ever having to comment on food online tells you something, this is what they sent me. I know its fast food but man kfc is fast food and dont put burned food in the box. If it wasnt a delivery, would of asked for my money back and gave them back the food. Threw it in the trash, 0 out of 5 stars.
I have given this place a chance several times… the chicken tortilla soap is pretty good. However the chicken is dry, even in the soup some of the chicken is dry! I came in today and had to clean my own table , all of the tables needed cleaning! The floors are disgusting! Omg! The lady cleaning up now just wiped the trash can area then went to the tables with the same rag! Some of the booths are in need of being reupholstered badly! I’m done! I hear some other locations are good maybe I’ll get brave enough to try one.
El Pollo Loco!! I ordered chicken avocado street taco, with a side of rice & it was so freaking good!My husband ordered chicken taco al carbon & he said it was pretty good but needed some type of sauce to go with it.Then we ordered two thighs & two breasts. The thighs were soooo good, the meat was tender & juicey but the skin was crisp. The chicken breast on the other hand was a bit dry, so we didn't finish that.However the service here is pretty good, the lady was super informative & helpful.We'll definitely be returning!
The citrus marinated grilled chicken is the Bomb! Ordered a 8pc mixed & corn. I started eating in the car before I could pull out of the parking lot lol. Great flavor & juicy. The corn was a 10 also! I'll definitely be a regular.
We ate there 3 days in a row in one week.The food was really good and cooked perfectly.The street tacos are really good too.Thumbs up to the drive thru crew.
Drive through was quick and friendly, but the chicken was essentially mummified. The kind of dry that if I threw it in the dirt someone might mistake it for an archeological artifact from times past. Here's just a small artifact from the half of a chicken.
