Did the curbside pick up and clicked I’m here on the app. No one ever came out and gave me my order within the two mins. I waited additional time then went in and got my order myself which is fine. But when I asked if the pizza was free they said you should get a voucher towards next order. I explained that the app also stopped the timer but I never received my order. I also had to go back in the store because they didn’t give me my full order. I just want was advertised.
Awesome pizza, great service, ordered probably over 20 times and have never had any errors (note: I’ve always used the Dominos app to order)
They were generous to cancel my order when i mistakenly chose the wrong address. I realized my mistake only after they prepared the pizza. Top notch customer service.
Actually ordered 3 pizzas (veggies and cheese) and did a curbside pick up. After reaching home, saw one of the pizza is a chicken pizza. When called the store, there was no apology and they offered a store credit for a pizza which can be used only in that store during a phone order, as if it is a mistake from a customer side.
Absolutely garbage store. Constantly understaffed so the poor employees can’t pick up the phones and make all the pizzas. Can’t use any other dominos because they don’t deliver outside of their zone.Online ordering doesn’t work, can’t order on the phone. You go into the store to place an order and nobody can take it there either.
Our driver was such a sweet soul! He apologized for being late because they are short staffed. I gave him a tip and was grateful for him!
I order for pick-up here regularly. My order is almost always ready for pickup quickly (only 1 slow experience out of dozens of orders over the years). And my food has *always* matched what I ordered.
Not too sure who i was talking to on the phone to do a carry out order, but they were very rude and disinterested. Apparently this location also stops delivering before 9pm. Not sure if this is a staffing issue or what, but struck me as odd.
Orders are always correct. Pizza is fresh and employees are very friendly.
