I bought thin crust and it was over cook and dry,too crunchy.Hated It!!
Ordered two hours in advance, went to the store 15 mins before pick up time. After 5 mins waiting someone came to check only to say my order was placed in the wrong store. Once I showed the pay receipt they called other person. She checked and assured delivery in 15 mins. It was cold and rainy, I came back to the car with kids. After 15 mins went back, she delivered four person and keep ignoring me. The last person before leaving the store reminded the girl about my delivery, it was that bad. At that point, I got angry and asked her explanation and the reason ignoring me or not answering me. She replied I am answering you now, as if she is Ms President of the pizza store. I was upset and asked to refund. Instead of apologizing for her behavior, she refunded immediately and left in the back. I was going to this store since February 2020, and I will never go back. By the way, while I was waiting the same girl was talking bad about one customer that she dealt over the phone. This girl is not trained or doesn't have mind set to be in this industry.
This location needs to master thin crust pizza. They seem to ways burn mine on edges

Absolutely the worst customer service ever, save your money and time. Order from Marco’s....After ordering online I received a call and was told they do not deliver to my complex after dark.Your joking right. Insulting at best especially since I have a 60k car in the lot, we are surrounded by 400k - 500k + houses and this isn’t South Dallas.
Allen location on main St is legit. Been there 4 time , no complaints yet.
Not sure how they promote things .But the other day I had ordered stuff and delivered and they were running a promotion with free stuff .Never received the free item with my delivery .Instead they want you to claim it while you ordering Not what the commercial says.Very dissapointed
