We used drive thru at the Allen, Texas restaurant tonight. When we arrived home the ribs were so dry that you could not eat them without the extra bbq sauce. Additionally, neither one of us received the proper sides. I had ordered Mac and Cheese and Okra. I was given 2 Mac and Cheese. My friend ordered Potato Salad and Cole Slaw. She was given Mac and Cheese and Cole Slaw.
Like this location. Dickeys probably has some of the best turkey around. The brisket was moist and tasty. The jalapeño beans were too spicy for some reason. I typically like them but today there was something odd about them . Bread was soft and good. I like their rolls, much better than plain white bread.
For BBQ it is ok. I had the room meat plate.Now I know it is smokedBut the brisket taste like pot roast.The ribs were pretty good. I think, if they could change the brisket a little it would be better.
Great food and amazing service! We were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked in and checked on multiple times! And offered ice cream! Who doesn't love free dessert!? I would definitely come back to this location!
These folks are real nice. The big kid forgot his name young guy but real big he is a 5 star kind of guy. I wish there were more folks in the world like this kid his parents raised him right. 1 Chopped Beef Sandwich, 1 small backed potatoe casserole, 1 large unsweetened ice tea. (Large because they were out of Medium)$14.32!!!!!! Omg, I just wish it tasted like $14.32. Tasted more like 3.99$. Never again.
By far the best experience I and my family have had in years. Food was absolutely on point according to my 9 year old daughter. The reception and warming customer service was over the top and I am my family highly recommend this place and branch to any and everyone.
Clearly the people working here aren't too smart. Ordered here through Doordash tonight & my order wasn't even close to right. They missed half our rolls, no sauce even though we paid an extra $6 for sauce. Our 3 meat combo came with 2 meats(xtra small portions)...neither of which we chose but hey they got the sides right....mmmm yummy corn on the cob that tastes days old. Really hit the spot. Oh yeah and all of this for the low low price of $76?

Awesome, friendly service! Wonderful food! Love, love, love so many items - turkey, brisket, pulled pork, cucumber tomato salad, loaded potato casserole, they make my sweet/unsweet tea combination to perfection through the drive-thru each time, I could go on and on! Good food! Good folks!
