1st we asked for tater tots which she said they had and I asked if we could do chili and cheese on the tots and she said we can’t do that. We only have chili cheese fries …. ??? So we can add chili and cheese to fries but the tots?? Ok whatever…Got to the window and they didn’t have limes to make a cherry limeade so they gave us cherry sprite. Cool no problem.Got halfway home and realized they did not do our order correctly. We asked for jalapeños on our burger. Cherry Sprite was watered down and the diet Dr Pepper was regular Dr Pepper.(I’m diabetic)Went BACK thru the driveway and informed her the order was incorrect. Now we have had our hands on the burger checking that it was correct. She tells us in order for her to make another burger she has to have the other back. That alone is the most UNSANITARY thing ever. She took that burger back just to throw it away. Whhhy?? Another reason I have so much respect for how Chik Fil A operates.How you make that right is to tell the customer first, you’re sorry for your error. Ma’am/Sir go ahead and keep that burger and let me get you the correct one.She went and had another burger made and in the background tells them AND MAKE SURE YOU ADD JALEPENOS.We get the burger back again and NOW IT DOES’NT HAVE CHEESE!!!!!!!!My husband kept the Dr Pepper and I gave the watered down cherry sprite and asked for unsweet tea.. got down the road and it’s SWEET TEA.9,432 JALEPENOS later.Disgusted with this experience all around. I NEVER take the time to leave a review but this one had to be told.Just throw the whole location away!
This is my experience.I’ve been waiting for almost 20mins and there’s 10 kids in there sitting and on their phone.Will never come here again.
waited here 1hour 1/2 just to be served disappointment of a blizzard it was not mix well at the bottom was nothing but vanilla soft serve that they use . Won't come back !!!!
This location in Allen Tx is not very prompt. With no one else in line it took really long to get the order. There taco salad had the meat on top of all the veggies. Never seen it prepared that way. The portion size of it was very small compared to my store in Wylie. Visited twice back to back days. Both days was very slow. Dining area closed due to training. Never heard of that before. Overall I was disappointed.

Went to DQ in Allen Today. I Will Say This Whoever Is Running This Place Should Be Fired Because I Have Visited More Then Once And The Service Is HORRIBLE!!! I Sat In The Drive Thru Waiting To Order A Sandwich And The Person Told Me To Hold On. I Thought Oh Ok Maybe Someone Is Paying. NOPE GUESS AGAIN!!! They Didn’t Know How To Multitask And Went Through Every Car Ahead Of Mine Before They Took My Order. Also asked for a side of honey mustard and was told it was an additional 0.50 cents???!!! WHO THE [email protected]&$ CHARGES EXTRA FOR PRE-PACKAGED HONEY MUSTARD?!!! They have the best tacos that I've ever had in my life! The tacos there at Dairy Queen are better than Mexican restaurants even!
Do not come here. 22 minutes to get my order. Forgot sides that I was charged for again. Yes again. Checked to see if my order was complete. Was not, had receipt that I asked for.. received my side of the delicious gravy I long for but to my surprise it was like water and pure white.. sabotaged intentionally or just due to completely incompetent employees… go elsewhere.
Don’t even deserve 1 star. Customer service is pathetic, i got parked for a salad, got home and salad wasn’t even right. Won’t have to worry about me going back to this location ever again.
Normally every experience I have at this store is terrific, they have a really friendly and personable staff. Unfortunately, today I ordered two steak finger baskets, both of them exactly the same, and somehow received a steak finger basket and a chicken finger basket. I do like chicken fingers, so I'm still going to eat my dinner, and it isn't worth the 30 minute drive to go back out to the store and back home to have it replaced. I just wanted to let someone know that this happened and to just double check next time.I will be back in the future, the food is great, probably the best Dairy Queen location I've ever been to.
