I went to the crumble cookie location in Allen by the outlet mall. It was after 9pm. We placed an order online which was fairly easy so I love the convenience of that. We only waited less than 10 minutes for them to be ready. We really enjoyed the cookies that we ordered the only negative thing that I have to say is that I think the evening employees are a rude! Not one of them in the front said a single word to. They don't greet or even say hello to anyone. The entire time, from standing they're waiting for your order, to picking up no one said a word. Every customer that was there, was treated the same way. When my order was ready the young lady called my name. She handed me my box and I said thank you. She didn't even say a word, she gave me my box and walked away. I understand that it's busy but how many seconds does it take to say hello to someone. Even if you're not looking directly at them, when you hear someone walk through the door its okay to say something, or at least thank them afterwards. I've been there twice and I've experienced this both times. I'm sorry to say but the employees there are absolutely rude. Crumble has a delicious cookies but their employees need better customer service. Only reason why I didn't give a 5-star it's because of my experience with the employees last night. I understand some people don't care about that but I guess I'm old-fashioned and I've always believed that a simple hello can possibly make someone's day or night.
Have heard a lot about this place from friend, so finally got an opportunity to stop by and tickle our sweet tooth! Very refreshing that they have multiple ways for you to place an order - App, kiosk or directly at the counter!Cookies are baked fresh and they mix a little oat to make them healthier! Loved both the flavors we tried. Size of the cookies is huge ?, so lot to munch on !!

My family and I usually love Crumbl but my order this time around was messed up. :( The Lucky Charms cookie was nearly completely undercooked, kinda gross. Hoping we don't get sick from that. I also ordered the Sea Salt Toffee cookie and was given Cookies & Cream Peanut Butter. Not only were we disappointed but that's also very dangerous since many people have a serious peanut allergy, but thankfully none of us do. Seems like the quality is going down from the sudden demand and popularity which is disappointing.
Please don't view my 3 star rating as if it was bad. It simply wasn't for me. The cookies were extremely thick and a little overwhelming. I'm sure any kid would love Crumble. On a positive note, everyone was super nice and seemed to enjoyed working there. I love how creative the cookies were, I just wish the had a Plane Jane Option:)
Sadaf made my visit enjoyable. I’ve recently relocated to this area from Houston. She was very patient and helpful in me making my decision on the cookies I wanted to order. The cookies here are addictive. You cannot go wrong.
These make great gifts to hand out to people and their presentation is great. The cookies themselves are unfortunately not the greatest. Overly sweet or overly dry :( don't trust the hype.
What was supposed to be a fun stop for cookies, turned into a 20 minute wait sitting in my car after checking in for curbside. I finally went inside and asked about my order and it was sitting on the counter the entire time. I then asked the man if they did curbside at this location because the app suggested they did. He said yes. I told him I was waiting 20 minutes in the car after checking in and he just said “oh”. Then I get to my car and see that the cookies are wrong. So I have to go back in and get them switched out. What was supposed to be fun turned into a very stressful stop on the way home after being out all day. Very frustrating
everyone here is always so sweet, the building is incredibly clean and organized, and i could wax poetic about the brownie cookie ?
The location in Allen by the outlet mall is amazing. When I walked in the entire staff greeted me. They were all dancing in such a great mood. I always appreciate great service and will definitely be back!
