So I should’ve read the reviews prior to going to this Cold Stone. I really missed Cold Stone but when I learned there was one 30 mins from me I gathered my family to go get some. The experience was a zero star. The teen/college girls need to be schooled on customer service or even just a smile would’ve been nice. I remember how good the ice cream was but with that attitude it left a bad taste. Let me know when you have new staff. I know good workers are hard to find but having bad ones could also kill a business.
Really bad experience at this location.I got a signature collection sundae and the toppings were not mixed in well. I went in and asked if they could redo it. Very rude response from the staff as if they dont care. Its very frustrating when you pay 9$ for a bowl of ice cream and its not upto the mark.Never going back here.
My 3 girls and I showed up here at 10:44pm on sat night as a group of people were exiting. They had already locked the front door though and wouldn’t even make eye contact with me to tell me they were closed for the night. We live an hour away and just finished a concert. My girls were so excited because there isn’t one close to us. If you aren’t going to stay open then change your hours
I picked up the midnight delight cake today and it was decadent! I love their chocolate ice cream. The only thing I would recommend is to order the cake online because it is $10 less (24.99 for the small round). Don’t do what I did and pick it up in the store - $10 more!
Best ice cream in town ?It's gets really busier on weekends and on eveningsIt's better if they increase the size of staff at peak hours so people will not get frustrated standing in line for so long
You really need serious people to work for you. It was full of teenage girls and all they did was chat the whole time instead of focusing on the line going out the door. They had to ask 5 times what we wanted because they just weren't focused on serving customers.
I paid $60 for this 18th birthday cake?! It looks nothing like the picture of what I ordered and very sloppy work. Tastes okay. Just very disappointing for the expense and occasion.
Bruh, listen, I love coldstone, delicious every time, HOWEVER, and I KNOW this is a first world problem, but the last 4 times I've been here over the past few months, I've asked for frosting in my cake batter ice cream right, but EVERY TIME they've given me whipped cream instead. Doesn't matter if I order online or over the counter and clearly say frosting, I still get whipped cream. Please label them so staff can tell them apart ?

Make sure to verify couple of times the price of cake before you place a order by phone other wise they charge you more and will not refund your money even you show the proof. Also make sure to take a reciept from them for what you order. The Manager at that place says they will call you back but never called back.This is what happened to me. I ordered a custom Small cake and picked it ontime but I forgot and didn't pay at the time of pick up. So i called back to the creamery and gave my credit card details thinking that they will charge only for what I ordered. But they charged me price of Large Cake even I took small cake, which I came to know seeing my credit card statement. I went to the store explained my situation to them and showed the proof. They said their main manager will call in a day to me to give refund but never called. So i called them again next day and got same response that their manager will call back but no one called. So I called the credit card services.
