Not even deserve a one star review. Arrived at this place at 8:44 with family to seat in the lobby and order food. In spite of plenty of food and stuff in buffet, Chris, refused to serve us and mentioned that we don’t serve food because we close at 9:00. The website says closing time at 10:00 PM. And we drove 7 miles to get to this place. I know this comes from lack of ethics, moral and social responsibility to serve the society. Never recommend this place to anyone.
Do not come here !! I would give it 0 stars if I could. I started with a salad and the bell peppers were sour. Then went on to get pasta so no pasta as you can see in the pictures. So still having my hopes up went on to get pizza , well guess what no pizza. Worst Cicis I have ever gone to. I waited for ranch for over 5 min. Place was empty no excuses.
Never coming back to this place. I’ve come several times already and every single time I leave disappointed. The service is really bad. And last time I came, even worse. The workers saw that their was literally no pizzas out and yet they wouldn’t make more, people had to go up to them to tell them to make more pizzas. I got there and saw that they were no cinnamon rolls but I thought they were probably making more but no, I finished eating and they were still no cinnamon rolls out so I had to go and tell them. And until I told them they went and took some out from the back to barely start making them. And all the workers weren’t even busy, they were just standing around and talking to each other. Except for one lady, she was the only one actually working.
Never coming back to this Cicis. You can tell the majority of pizza had been left out for a while; didn't taste fresh as other Cicis I've been to. The Alfredo sauce and the ranch were so watered down and did not taste good. Do not come to this location, go to another one.
The food here is great. However the place needs a upgrade. Everything seems broken and dirty. Also the salad looked old. Noodles overcooked for chicken soup. Or sitting in soup too long
Friendly customer service. Good spinach Alfredo pizza!Old salad. Salad should never look like it’s been left sitting out to wilt. The ranch taste very low quality. I would not advise playing in the game room because it appears old and dated and like as if nothing has been changed or updated for years!Overall, it was a good experience for the price! I would recommend this place if you are looking for good tasting pizza but not much else.
The owner is super friendly. Knowing us as vegetarian, he made special veggies pizza. They have plenty to eat and make you happy with very reasonable price. My kids liked the place as well.
Cities is just fun. Good pizzas and the kids love it. Need a larger service area and a few more pizzas at a time. Overall it is a good Cicis!
The manager was very nice the food was nasty. It was the sauce the sauce was awful. The cinnamon rolls were burned so they were turned upside down and glazed on the side that wasn’t burnt. It was nasty. The tomatoes were too large for the salad the fixings for the salad were not cut up correctly. They need a new cook. It was nasty.
Everyone is friendly and great service. Salad bar is very good. Buffet is a great way to try new kinds of pizza.
