A publication from delish.com came acoss my Facebook feed last week advertising restaurants that had specials for Teacher Appreciation Week/Day on May 3rd. Chipotle advertised BOGO on Tuesday May 3rd. I went into this location, ordered my bowls, went to pay, and was told the offer was not valid. They would NOT honor the discount! Manager stating that was not an offer publicized from their home office. So, instead of honoring the discount, they took my extra bowl and threw it in the trash instead of giving it to me! I've gone to this location many times through the years, but I was so incredibly disappointed in the lack of customer service and total disregard in this situation!
The worst Chipotle expirence I have ever had! The girl working the line was very inconsiderate, sloppy, and had zero regard for the customer. Not to mention slapping a whole large spoonful of sour cream on top of what was suppose to be something to eat. I don't recommend the place, and I will NEVER set foot in that establishment ever again!! Learn to respect customers wishes, and if you don't like being at work and serving the public go find something different!! While I'm here the food was as cool as it was outside!! ? Gross!!
We were waiting in line 45 min before they close. They got 4 to go orders in the while we we in line. We watched as they gave out the rest of the rice and the steak. When it was our turn to order they just said that they were out and not gonna make any more. Turned away most of the line because they could care less about their customers. I’m gonna think twice about ever returning. If they care so little about their customers, it scares me to think of all the ways that behavior translates into the way they handle the food as well. Get your act together chipotle, hire managers that care. There are other options.
This is an almost brand new Chipotle restaurant. Parking in front can get rather limited. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was of good quality. Recommend.

Other Chipotle have a station for there on line orders so it doesn't mess with the take out or eat in services. No one apologized for me having to wait. Will drive to another store before visiting this one again.
Food was good but I didn't like the attitude of the cashier. Not sure if she had a long day or just annoyed with me or the customer before me. Also I paid for chips and dip and she didn't even place it in my bag.

Hey I went to the one on 75 and mcdermott..for take out this place is always out of supplies..I was told that cups didn't have small lids they were out..of them.so I asked if I cld put the drinks in a large ? cup since they had lids for those..she told me not unless I paid for a large..so I'm suppose to ?♂️ walk out with 2 drinks with no lids? But thats not my biggest issue with them then..the food is great ? but I don't eat beans so I get rice and meat..well they expect you to fill up an beans and rice I guess because they only give you a half a teaspoon of ? meat..its like they get very Stingy with the meat..they sprinkle meat like its just a garnish but pile beans on to fill you up.. Chipotle we all come ? there for the ?. Please give us ? meat!!
This store opened 15 minutes late today with a line of people waiting outside.Why this is okay, I’ve no idea. Now I get to tell my clients I’m late because they couldn’t open on time.
We go to chipotle alot and we've tried a bunch of different ones but we keep coming back to this location. They don't skimp on filling the burrito and the staff does a great job keeping everything orderly and professional!
