Great food! Great service!!!

An awful drainage-type smell was a bit much right as we walked in. We stood around the entrance for way too long waiting to be seated in a restaurant that had 9 customers, not including the bar. There was enough time for me to walk to one end of the restaurant to look for someone only to go back and have two servers pass by and not even acknowledge us or let us know someone would be with us. Once seated, the server was great, offered suggestions and was prompt and polite! The menu was all over the place and I thought if each section was perhaps very lightly color coded in the background, that might help section it off or maybe even add borders. We had a chicken salad, bbq tray with options and a huge burger. The food was like any other similar restaurant- I'm thinking like TGIF or Boomerjacks, a lot of spices on some items, but overall not much flavor.

I went to this chilis while I was home visiting my family, and I work at a chilis in another location and this is the worst service I have ever been given. We found a hair in our salad and the manager, Danny, took the salad from us and then nothing was ever discussed to us about it. We were never even given another salad. It took fifteen minutes for us to be greeted at first, and then didn’t get refills for our drinks until halfway through our meal. We also weren’t given napkins and then when the manager came to talk to us, he said the food runner had leg day the day before and his legs were sore so it would take longer for us to get our food. Super unprofessional and this is most definitely not how all chilis are, but this location was very unprofessional and rude to their guests.

We did a Car side Pick-up order. We got our food but they didn't give us utensils (that we asked for when the order was placed). The food we chose did not travel to well (margarita chicken and the cookie with ice cream), but it was still edible and not half bad. For the cost and all it was good, the chips and salsa were delicious as usual. Can't go wrong with "2 can dine for $20+"

The food and service at this location is usually good but the last few visits have been disappointing. Yesterday, I ordered a kid's meal for my son and the chicken that came with the pasta was burnt and speckles from the grill were all over the pasta. I had to throw out most of it. I don't know how someone could see that and think it was ok to put in a to go container for a patron to consume.

We got to-go for the super bowl, and our order was perfect. Even the extra ranch we requested was in there! Ordering to-go is always a toss-up, but they did a really great job!Edit to add: portion sizes were outstanding. Large drinks and plenty of food!

The food was okay, probably overpriced for what you are getting. I got the Smokehouse Combo with two choices, but I wish I got the 10.99 meal instead. The service was amazing! That's the whole reason for the extra star, our waiter seemed to be running the whole side of the restaurant on busy Sunday and still maintaining professionalism throughout.

This is a good location, and the dine in staff are usually pretty good. However the TO-GO system is just totally messed up since COVID. You pull up to a parking spot and wait for someone to come to your car. This can take like 10 minutes if there busy, and it's usually because there so busy they forgot about you. I've ordered here 5 times, and 2 of those times they have forgot my dessert, and 1 time they have messed up my entree. That's horrible odds. I've lost trust and have to check my food now. Chili's, COVID is over, this is Texas, cut out the current Togo system and implement the old system back.

Waited excessive length of time. Watched 6 employees standing around chatting, only employees that were working were the bartender and one waiter. Waited 9 minutes at to go center before anyone acknowledge that there were 4 different people waiting for togos. I have worked in the food service industry for 18 years. This wait was not because they were busy, they were stsnding around worried about the weather. Ps. One of the servers (pink hair) was outside scraping ice off all the cars. Dont know if she was on duty or not. Overall all experience at this location was underwhelming.

So let down with every aspect of my experience. The only possible excuse for our experience would be that the entire wait staff was new. We dined at 2pm on a Sunday. Maybe 6 other tables were occupied (minus any self seated bar patrons) We ordered chips and queso immediately upon being seated. We got the chips......no queso. Waitress asked for our order. Informed her we were waiting for the queso still. Response "oh, ok". Queso arrived. No chips left, because we used them for the salsa. I am face palming at this point as the waitress asks for our order again while we all stare at an empty chip bowl. We go ahead and order.....and also have to ask for more chips (and drink refills). Food arrived looking good. Son enjoyed his chicken sandwich(waitress dropped honey mustard all over the table though), daughter enjoyed her steak(cooked to her liking) husband liked his burger, other son enjoyed his burger. The food would have been an overall good minus the brisket quesadillas. It is not mentioned on the menu that the are incredibly spicy. My mouth was on fire, and I could not taste any other part of my meal. The burned mexican street corn I was happy to pass on, but my ribs and chicken were completely masked by an overabundance of whatever peppers they use. After tracking down the waitress another time for refills we simply gave up. Paid, left, will NEVER go back. Sad, because this location used to be so good. Fries are still good though.
