Yes there can be ridiculously long lines and can be really hard to park but the employees are amazing. Kind and helpful. The food is tasty and fresh. They have the best salads too. I love their healthy kid's meals with the fresh fruit cup. Fries are delicious. There is a small, sound- proof play area that is clean and fun for the littles. I've never had a bad experience at any locations and order is always correct.
It’s unreal how poorly run this particular location is. The drive thru is embarrassingly bad. Cars backing up well into Stacy, cars going every which way, people getting blocked into spaces at the front of the store struggling to get out. Then waiting 15 minutes AFTER you talk to one of the people with the iPads. THEN once you get your food, you get stuck in the drive thru, blocked by people trying to get into the lot.The unbelievably abysmal modern CFA drive thru design is on full display here. Seriously, it DOES NOT WORK. Why do you have 6 people standing around in the drive thru if it’s not any faster? In-n-Out gets just as many cars and manages to make it work just fine with a far less complex drive thru design.

Always quick and friendly here! The lady who works the morning shift handing out your food is absolutely a blessing! Very kind even in our short interactions!
Took a long time, but brought our food with an apology & coupon for a free meal! Unexpected & appreciated. Food was great, as always!
Waited in line patiently while there was 3 cashiers outside. Only one taking orders then more cars pulled up and still attended us last….. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in the customer service. I love Chick-fil-A but today was just Horrible…….
You know... Long lines no menu in sight and they come to the window, so I hope you know everything you want.Fast but not a fan of the experience. Let the kids stay inside and out of the weather, Texas weather sucks too much to for them the have to stand outside.
NEVER COMING BACK HERE!!! I went to ordermy chicken sandwhich with extra tomatos and the cashier said I was aspawn of satan for wanting extra tomatoes. Then, when I got my bag there was a hairball in my fries and a pentagram drawn on my bag. so much for a christian establishment.
We were so glad to see that you were open for inside Dinning. Also that the kids could play in the playroom. Would like to see that they clean the kids room a little better. I feel it need a deep cleaning. Not a surface cleaning.
I came through on Friday, and received the wrong order, came up here and was treated with the utmost respect. The manager did a great job the food was great. They treat people the way I treat people, the way everyone's should be treated. With some respect
