Great place for family dining my kids enjoy the spinach dip service is always good here rather dine in or take out

We went to this location at around 5 p.m. on 1/21/22 and were seated in the bar area as there were only a few customers. Should have taken the hint. We ordered the chicken pot pie and a bacon cheeseburger with fries. I had no idea that the onion rings were taken off of the menu due to the pandemic according to our server, (????). This was the main reason we liked the restaurant chain. The pie was arrived at the table completely cold and was replaced with another almost the same. The crust was bonded to the bowl and quite dark as if placed under a broiler in an attempt to heat it up. Not only was it virtually with no chicken the serving had a lot of peas. The burger was cold and the fries indelibly cold. A new serving of fries was brought to the table and although very hot they simply tasted like frozen grocery store frozen fries and not scratch kitchen fresh. A staff person tried to make things better but failed and gave poor customer service. I hope this was a singular problem and we will try another location in the future hoping for tastier food.

Very delicious meal and excellent staff. Princeton was an amazing waiter. Very courteous and polite. He remembered our drink and food orders without needing to come back and ask again.

This place has gone from good to bad! We ordered a lemon pepper white fish, salmon and a vegetable plate that comes with baked potato soup. The baked potato soup was like water with no potatoes in it. On telling the serve he simple took it away without asking if we needed anything else or if he would substitute it. Then the Texas tea we ordered was a watered down Long Island instead. We wanted the baby back ribs and they were out of it at 5 pm when dinner starts! The only reason for 2 stars is that we got lemon pepper white fish with little issues. The loaded baked potato that came as a side only had cheese and sour cream on it. In the past there has been bacon and coriander as well to make it taste better. Even the cheese was sparse. Taste wise it was good. Nothing great. It has definitely lost some taste from the last time we had this. Probably not going back to this one.

Ordered a smoke house burger. My fiancé is gluten-free and we ordered it off the gluten sensitive menu. This is not the first time I’ve had this issue with the Allen store. I’m really getting tired of her dinner being wrong every time I order here. Last time, the manager offered to reimburse the meal and sent a gift card via email. Never even happened. Hate this store.

The food was good but my ribs was not hot, they felt like it wasn't freshly cook....they were still good.....our waitress was great.

OH MY GOSH!!! EXCELLENT FOOD!!!! My first visit was a totally unexpected tasty surprise! And the waitstaff is so friendly am attentive. Wonderful experience and I will be back!

We don't come to Cheddar's often, so we were really looking forward to our Friday night out here. There was a 30 minute wait for a table, which was understandable due to it being the weekend. We were seated in the bar area and our server took our order quickly, brought out a delicious strawberry margarita and croissants. I ordered a bowl of baked potato soup and a side Caesar salad, and my husband ordered chicken fried chicken. Our waitress did not write our order down at all when she was listening, which is usually fine, IF YOU CAN REMEBER CORRECTLY! First off, she brought his side salad out and it was COVERED in dressing. Like, a disgusting amount where we couldn't even eat it. After about a 25 minute wait for our food at all, our server came over and asked if she could at least bring my salad out, since the soup was still cooking. Then when she served his food, she brought out chicken fried STEAK. Not what he ordered. Well, 15 minutes later, I finished my salad and still no soup, so we ended up just taking it off the bill. Slow service, inattentive staff, mediocre food. Only good thing was the croissants and margarita.Likely won't come back unless it's strictly drinks. Don't waste your Friday night date night here.

Service with a smile.. hot fresh meals.. crispy salads.. salad dressing was perfect.. croissants are never.. ever a disappointment!!
