Brio is always one of my local favorites for the ambience, great Salmon Fresco and flatbread, and the delicious creme brulee'. We highly recommend Brio to our friends and family.
I got the shrimp and eggplant appetizer, which had some good reviews onlineâ¦but I was very disappointed. The shrimp were over cooked and rubbery. The eggplant was over seasoned, greasy and salty. The sauce was pretty good. But for $15â¦it wasnât worth it. I was disappointed. My friends (I ate with 5 other people) had a 50/50 split. Some liked their food (chicken Marsala, lasagna) and some didnât (mushrooms ravioli, chopped salad, chicken fettuccine Alfredo). We were pretty disappointed.
Overall experience was great. We were seated right away on Friday night. Server was very nice and prompt with drink delivery, order taking and refills. Food was just as expected- delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant and will return.
Lovely food and good service.
Our waitress did not get our wine order to us until our dinner was almost done. They did not bring additional bread for 4 people; just enough for 3 people to have 1 piece. We finally asked for a second portion of bread.
The environment was not friendly. Only thing that made it better was the waitress, she was every attentive and nice.
It's always a great time at Brio. I was with out of town guests celebrating my birthday. Arrived at 415p. Got food at about 535p. Wasn't busy but was informed that several staff members called-in. Evan was great!
They are understaffed. Iâm glad we had reservations but the service, doing the best they can, weâre slow.
Great place to eat. One of the best patios around. Bruschetta, shrimp and lobster fettuccine and pork chops is what we ate. All very good, with great service.
No hostess at the desk and as we were about to leave, she walked out. She asked if we had reservations, we did. It was 8:30pm nobody else was waiting. It took her another 5 minutes to get us a table. Lilly, server took our order and 20 minutes later came to apologize because she had forgotten to place our order. When our food finally came it was lukewarm. I sent it back and I waited another 15 minutes. The server was passive aggressive, making faces when we decided to order dessert. Had no manners. Said âYepâ one too many times. It had been about 7 or 8 months since we had gone to Brios because we had a bad experience before with the food not being good. And this time we were disappointed again. I will not be spending my money at Brios again. We eat out about 5 to 6 times during the week due to our busy schedules and we donât mind paying for good food but this time was a huge disappointment.
