This place can get very busy and make long waiting lines especially in the summertime when school is off.Few concerns about employees getting overwhelmed. Employees touching their face without washing hands. One guy who looked to be a manager just blew his nose behind the counter where they serve ice cream than reach for gloves contaminating the gloves. Stuff like that makes it hard to go back.Food was cold, burgers fries chicken tenders all cold.
Drive up, no one in the drive through, wait patiently for someone to speak. There's a mumble on the other end so I ask for a garden salad. Then I'm asked to wait a moment. The voice returns and the speaker is quiet. I ask again for a garden salad and a sweet tea. He asks what kind of chicken I want, there's no chicken on the garden salad, but I say grilled anyway. He mumbles again and apparently hasn't heard me, I ask again for a garden salad with *grilled* chicken. He rudely tells me in order for him to hear me I need to speak up. I say you know what, nevermind I'm not going to order anything, have a good day.I drive down the road a little to Sonic and get my meal ordered and delivered in less than two minutes and delivered by a smiling employee.
Ice cream was not frozen. Limeade was not sweetened even after my request for more sweetener. Restrooms were nasty and the store was not very clean. Employees were nice and considerate though.
Let me start off this review, by saying that Connor, the Manager, is awesome! The guy just has amazing energy and went absolutely above and beyond! Not to mention, he has this place running so smoothly! Every experience I've had at this Braums over the past year and a half, has been great! If there's ever been a Braums employee that deserves a promotion, it's Connor!
I felt as if I was a bother to the staff. Chili was cold, did not feel safe eating it if it's not being held at a safe temperature. Fries were under cooked and not seasoned at all. I'll go to the one up the street next time.
The amount of bad attitude that one pink haired brat can cram through a speaker is impressive! I didn't even finish my order before realizing I should cut my losses and find somewhat else to eat.
Dairy products are getting a bad rap, but if you really want to have a real milkshake like in the old days, this is the place to go. Other places, especially the fast food places, that' claim that they serve shakes and Banana Splits use something else that is not what I would call ice cream. When you want the real thing, go here and throw out your diet. We only live once after all! Just don't do it every week because then your life will certainly be shortened.
Stopped by Braums to enjoy a Grilled Chicken sandwich. You can also ask to have the it fried. I also up graded it from a regular drink to a shake for fifty cents more.
There is a gentleman who appeared at this location as a manager a number of years ago, and from that day forward this Braum's location has been top-notch. Now, the inside dining tables might be slightly "sticky" during busy timeframes, and the outside could use a scrubbin', but the location is well maintained given its age and how busy of a flow they have all day long. I want hot burgers, hot fries, and perfectly blended shakes and malts. Our family of 7 doesn't ever go back because items are missing or incorrect, and that says everything. Braum's food is 10 stars, so that is not even up for debate here.
Love the ice cream here! I had a hot fudge sundae today, previously has a banana split and a frozen vanilla yogurt in a cone before that… all so good. People have been real nice & patient too, customer service with a smile & generous portions.
