Staff has horrible customer service at this location. On site store manager today (May 20th) is confrontational. I came everyday and spent $15.00 after School for an after School snack for my daughter. I will never come back after today, I will just visit the other one down the road. Treat your customers better when there is an issue. Do better. Be better.
Hospitality is a thing of the past. Outright rude and aggressive. Was confronted by an employee who demanded I put the basket back where I picked it up from.... Not "asked"; not "requested".... I did not mind initially and put it on one stack of baskets .. but now he insisted I put it on an other stack. I thought he was joking and took me a few seconds to realize his aggression. When I refused, he refused to bill me. Had to talk to the manager. Not how I wanted to start my week on a Monday morning.
Ordered my meal plus a milk shake, waited and waited on our food in a room separate from the main dining area..someone from our party had to bring our food to us and the milkshake was not made. I went up to the counter to get someone to start making my shake and asked the young man to bring it to our table and he said he couldn't do that...he expected me to wait there as my food got cold...if your intercom is not working..get a plan together....
Extremely slow and unfriendly service.Not many real ice cream choices to be an ice cream shop or restaurant. Basically it's a convenient store slash fast food restaurant. With medium to low quality products and foods.Fairly priced but not worth my time. It was busy though, so they will not miss me, lol. It was my first time, I had always been curious about it. But now, I know that I will definitely never go back.I will give it a three star rating because you are getting what you are paying for, and I am fair.
It was a good location. It wasn't too busy compared to other braums. The food came out hot, but it seems like there weren't enough staff to make the establishment clean. There were plenty of left over food and crumbs on many of the tables inside the place. It was a very slow day, and many of the workers were just talking once another. This place could be perfect, if the workers would actually clean up. It could just be subjective to the day that I went. Depends on the staff and the actual management that takes place.
We visited this location for a scoop of ice cream on a cone. We paid for the ice cream, they gave us a cup. I went back in the store for a simple cone and they told me to get in the back of the line, while my ice cream melts in order to get a cone because I was then cutting in front of people. They were going to charge me for an entirely new ice cream. Crazy! The manager who was a kid obviously has no customer service experience as every staff member engaged in rude comments and refused my service. Braums should invest in customer service training because I will never buy ice cream because of my poor experience. The way the staff treated me as a customer was embarrassing and they made a spectacle which was not necessary. Do not visit this location because you will not experience good product or good service, but poor attitudes towards guests which is sad for the Braums name.
Been buying milk, butter, bread, tortillas and ice-creams from Braum's for years now, excellent quality, rightly priced. There are plenty of flavors of ice-creams to choose from, there are many eggless options too. They have now released a few flavours of sugarless icecreams. Their icecreams and burgers are always a must try. This store is well maintained with plenty of tables for dine-in. Their staffs are extremely friendly to the customers.
I and my family of 4 stopped by on our way back to home from 3 days camping at Belton lake. We were tired and hungry, but the food and especially ice cream made all of us feel home! Great food and service as usual. We love Braum restaurant!
This is simple, inexpensive place you get just any simple product for your well-being. The products are simply healthy and simply affordable.I recommend Braun's, especially for the friendliness of its staff.Blessings!
