I’ve been coming here for years. I went there today and I got my usual order and asked the lady at the counter if my food was cooked next to bacon and sausage. She said yes. I told her I can’t eat bacon or sausage or have anything else be cooked in it. I threw the food out. She did not even bother to tell me hey I can make you another one or apologize for what had happened. I will not be coming back here again. Hopefully Tony will read this because I know him from when I used to work at Firestone.
My husband and I decided to pop in and try this place out. I have to say their menu is slightly overwhelming because there is so much on the menu that their two big screens are hard to read what each item is. Thank goodness for smartphones! My husband got a philly cheesesteak and I got the chicken philly. There are a few things I would have preferred in mine but we both thought it was actually really good. I would like to come back and try another style of philly. There are tons of combos that I didn't see because I slightly panicked and didn't want to be that person in line unprepared. Staff seemed very relaxed, place seems a little dirty or not kept up as much but I was happy with our food. No need to knock off stars if I was happy with what I had!
I would highly recommend the funnel cake fries OMG LOL they are very addicting. I love their cheese steaks they have a lot of different varieties to please everyone. The staff that works here are amazing. They knew I was in a hurry and they got me out of there quickly. Do not forget to get a Big Hank's soda and tasty kakes... I always seem to buy one of everything I can't help myself. Definitely makes me nostalgic. I highly recommend you go ASAP!
Courteous and fast friendly service and the food was excellent. Far better than Texadelphia. This is our new Cheesesteak Restaurant!
Huge selection to pick from. Even the pickiest eater will find something to like. First time eating this and I'm hooked. Cooked to order (you can see them making it), so be patient and you'll be glad you waited.
Best cheesesteaks around by far. Big Tony has been there every time I have gone in. Great service and great food. I always get the small with extra meat. I think its the number 4. I can almost never finish, so keep that in mind before you order a large. Onion strings and fries are also very good. This place is definitely worth checking out.
I love this place! I only come for the philly steak it’s always good and made fresh to order.I suggest to call in and order ahead 15 minutes Atleast depending if they are busy or not

Best cheesesteaks in North Dallas. I’m from Philly and I vouch for the authenticity of the food. Can’t go wrong eating here.
My Mommy, Barbara, and I went for an awesome Cheesesteak experience just driving back home from a lovely Autism Speaks Walk. We wanted something tasty and this place delivered on that front for sure! The Cheesesteak, Sweet Potato fries, and homemade Tony's Sauce and Jalapeno sauce were all so delicious!!! Also, the customer service of the nice young man at the register, Alex, was on point! He was very professional, patient, and pleasant while we ordered. He also had a great sense of humor! It was our first time and it most definitely won't be our last. Mommy and I have told so many of our family about this spot and can't wait to visit again. We told Alex how we visited Tony Luke's in South Philly which was as incredible ("Wiz wit"), and we were so excited to have a good philly in Texas!
