TERRIBLE wings! Terrible customer service. They have gotten terrible with their product. Tiny, tiny pieces. They obviously fry them the same amount of time because these tiny pieces are dry and not tasty at all. I called a few times and talked to the manager. She stated that they come in mixed with mostly small pieces, with a few larger wings. I asked for the larger as the tiny small ones are terrible and not worth it. This is what we have gotten the last several months, very small pieces. I did the survey; received a call where he left a message, but never heard back from him. I called back leaving four messages. But they sent me a $10 gift card in the mail. Not what I wanted. I called their corporate office customer service and what a joke. She muted me or something with no response after I told her why I was calling, then 12 minutes later music came on. Now 17 minutes later, still no one on the phone. 21 minutes later, click. I was hung up on. Wow. What a joke. I wanted someone to hear me. Wingstop has gone downhill. Very sad.
Ordene 30 wing combo pay like 50 dollar pick up that rong order when back talk to that owner refuse to make my righ order because my kids eat 6 wing he was hungry a tell him to reduce that 6 wing out of my 30 still refuse to make my order righ and refund my money or give mea phone number to call to get my money back he tells me to goggle that number pr corpored number because that was hes store and ne didn't no how can a get my money back because a order on line. He make me feel so embarrassing in front at all that people that costumer even tell me there was sorry ? a will never go back to that store again no costumer service at all or hospitalityPeople like that don't deserve to own a business
Tried going for lunch today. Not only was the dining room still closed due to Covid, the prices had gone up so high that it wasn't feasible to eat. Staff said recent price increase of $2 per combo. A 10 piece combo was going to be almost $18. Nope, I'm out on that. I hate it also because I love me some Wingstop.Only reason for 2 stars is because the staff was very friendly and pleasant.
Very very unprofessional I have a 5:00 meeting with general manager at the Pleasanton location is now 5:25 they have no idea where this guy is doesn't say anything doesn't show up if this is what you have running your business God help you God help us all
I order online, and it told me 15 minutes. I got there a bout 20 minutes later and there was already a group of angry customers. I asked for my order and was told it would be a while. It has been almost an hour and I still have no food. They cant even tell me how much longer I have to wait. And I cant get a refund. I will never order here again.
Horrible experience at New Orleans east location . All unprofessional the Manger needs to be fired. We never spend my money here again.
This place is awful. I placed an order on for thighs. The total for the order was over $50. When it was delivered it was fried crumbs. When I took it back to the Desoto location the Assistant Manager was extremely rude to me. She was arguing with me and said it was my fault and I would have to wait 5 to 10 business days to get a refund. The manager did come out and offered to redo my order but the customer service was awful. This is the last time they will ever get an order from me.

Called location in Royal Oak Michigan, waited on hold for 28 minutes no one ever came to the phone! I placed my order on line it said it would be ready at 8:03 pm. I arrived at 8:04 my $30 worth of food was ice cold! I had to wait another 20 minutes for my food to be remade! I will never order food from this location again. The entire staff including the supposed manager was as rude as can be, made every excuse in the book for no one answering the phone and the cold food! Worst experience ever I’ve had with take out order! Would not recommend this location to anyone, it’s worth driving the extra 3-5 miles to another location!!!!
Get a refund as soon as they mess up. I made the mistake of getting a credit for “next time”. The next time they messed up again!! The manager told us to call corporate if we want. Then cooperate promised a $15 gift card on a $30 order that never came. This place is trash.
