I used to work here for a few years not at this location but at one other. The premium has gotten a lot higher for pretty average sandwiches in my opinion. The employees here were kind of slow but it’s not really that big of a deal to me. They were however out of a lot of markers bags and some of their signage wasn’t on. They had a dirty looking and beat up TV as well which wasn’t playing anything. My wrap was very squared for some reason. Are the ultimate BLT and it felt very light for the price. I didn’t really check the restrooms but it seemed like the staff didn’t really care to check the dining room much. Wesley none of the girls that I saw on the shift were in uniform. Post Covid a lot of restaurants are struggling, but you’re never gonna recover if there’s no back bone put into this. I know when I worked at Which Wich the bags were confusing concept for most customers and now that they literally don’t have any with the exception of like two categories it was really weird. I don’t wish ill upon anyone, but this place needs an audit.
Service was fine, food awful. I ordered a turkey on wheat with chips and an iced tea. The tea is from a machine, not fresh brewed, and it was not good. I asked for turkey with lettuce, tomato, avocado, green pepper, red onion, black pepper and oil and vinegar. Spinach is not available any longer. The turkey was not good, the vegetables did not taste fresh and I didn't get any black pepper or oil or vinegar. Also, I guess Which Wich doesn't have the brown bags anymore or maybe it's just this location, but it's a novelty that is lost. This is the second time in 2 years I've visited this location and I won't be back.
There are two people that work there. A male and a female. They smoke cigarettes and weed and are always walking around shopping strip either arguing or running around, crossing the streets. The male does drug deals I’ve seen him done it. He dropped something off on the sidewalk and a person came afterwards to pick up whatever he dropped off. The female, this past Sunday ran out and threw a sandwich at a customer. These two individuals argue as well while walking around the strip. I guess this place is hiring whoever and doesn’t care about professionalism. Point here is don’t get your food here if they are hiring these type of people.
Customer service is good, food was not so great. I was expecting a delicious sandwich especially for the price. All 3 sandwich we ordered we not good, quality of food tasted and looked very cheap. I was very disappointed in the food quality.
I ordered via online at 7:00 pm.Went to the store at 7:25 pm and was told they hadn't started the order yet.Picked up my order at 7:45 pm.Bottom line... please do not go there if you are busy.
Today I wanted something quick and this place was, I was very disappointed in my ice tea it flat and not sweet.
Told to wait 25 minutes for my order to be taken not made taken. If you don’t want a job don’t work.
Limited character count so I'll keep this short:1. The ice machine didn't pump ice and the soda water got stuck when i pushed it in, it was running for a solid 10-15 seconds before we had to pull the button back out2. The bathrooms were so gross i had to hover-pee (women, y'all know what I'm talking about) and yet the bathrooms are for paying customers only? Ain't worth the money.3. The sandwiches were made terribly. We had our veggies spilling out of the middle of the sandwich but only meat towards the end, gross. Avocado was smeared over the top of the sandwich, too.4. Prices were insane for the quality, but that's not the employee's fault. Especially when the employees average $12 an hour for management.
Sandwich was tasty and prepared accurately, but the day I arrived at 11:30 ish, I had to wait a while because they hadn't turned the oven on soon enough and it wasn't yet up to temp. Prepackaged cookie (Sysco brand) was very dried out and not worth either the cost or the calories.
Which Wich used to be my favorite place for sandwiches. They have drastically narrowed the menu and even more, the customization of sandwiches. Don't try and fix what isn't broken. Stick with what made you stand apart from the rest. Otherwise, a sandwich is a sandwich. Go back to the original and best way!
