So disappointed. Weâve been coming to Texas de Brazil as a family around the 4th of July for 5+ years. Always enjoyed it untitled this year. In the past they monitored the parking lot to ensure only their patrons parked there. They also had valet. This year they had no valet and did not monitor the parking lot so there was no place for patrons to park. We had to park across the street by the hotel and walk. My husband has a bad back so this was not a good solution. If our kids had not already parked (not in the restaurant lot), we would have left. We had to wait over 30 minutes to get seated even though there were plenty of tables. The service was the worst Iâve ever seen. We had to ask for everything, including the meat. They kept skipping our area. My husband was still eating and they totally ignored him and brought no more meat. We spent over $600. Totally dissatisfied and probably will look for a new restaurant for our family 4th celebration.
Waitress was very friendly and helpful. She offered free carrot cake for my husband's birthday. Everything was delicious.
Staff is always amazing!
Everything was great
Terrific staff and service as usual. This is our go to Texas De Brazil location when traveling to the DFW area.
Food was very average for the price.
Love the food , delicious One of the best restaurants in Dallas
It was the best experiences for a birthday dinner , I definitely would go back and enjoy this restaurant again with friends and family for dinner
I love Texas de Brazil but if I had to choose I would choose the one in Dallas didnât really like the one in Addison too much! Meat was dry and cooked well done kept asking for medium rare and still got well done steak.
All meat served were well done, as for requests were ignored. Not even half way into dinner (20 minutes in) the server Maria brought over a tray of desert and asked us if we would like to choose one of the available options. Needless to say we were confused. My partner was served a total of three piece of meat. Overall it felt rushed and neglected.
