Wouldnt give me a refund eventhough I gave them back all their food. I ordered 4 tacos $14.68 Didnt put any condiments in my bag no salsa no pico Didnt even ask me if I needed condiments. When I asked for condiments they acted like they didnt want to give it. So quick to ask you for your payment but when you ask for something extra you get attitude. Last time I came through all they put in my tacos was meat no cheese no lettuce ... This will be the last time. No excuse for this.

I started off being's a very difficult customer, the cashier jay was so patient with me while I was trying to make my payment. Then I had to have them remake my order bc I have a strange reaction to lettuce So he remade my order with no problem. It was very clean here, and the workers were very nice about remaking my bowl. They all are awesome.

I wanted a plate of taquitos and 3 taquitos on the side. Instead they charged me for 2 separate 3 piece orders and added a coke for $2 even though he said he understood what I wanted and repeated it back saying "plate". Paid more money for no rice and beans. Then I didn't even get the $2 coke I paid for. Also my wife got a beef bowl and no fork. Won't be back ever.

Drive through order took more than 35 minutes. Employee told me to park and they will bring order to the car. Waited 20 minutes 6 cars went from the drive through then call the phone number on the receipt and went to the voice message then went inside. Asked employee for the order and in reply DO YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK? Waited 15 more minutes inside to get the order. 5 to 6 employees were working but service was very poor. That is why only 1 star. One more customer was waiting inside for the order and employee put the basket of order and a customer went through opening up wraps and checked the order which wasn’t her so she put it back after touching and opening the order. Employee did not say anything to the customer. I’m glad that wasn’t my order. From now on I will stop going back.

The young man working the drive thru today (3:40 PM 04/09) was very patient and kind, good customer service. Food comes and goes so quickly, but the customer service an establishment provides really creates a loyal happy customer.

Poor customer service and order was not correct. Literally only 2 peices of chicken on a taco definitely will not be returning to this location. 2-17-22 4:45pm

Worst taco place I’ve tried , some of the meat was under cooked some of it was burned black . Overall worst 17$ i’ve ever spent for 3 tacos .

926 pm - only selling tacos and quesadillas…. Not what I came for but ordered anyways. $18 (double what I had planned to spend) and 15 minutes later I’m still parked out front (was asked to pull around and park to wait for my special food) waiting and waiting and waiting. Hopefully they don’t close and forget about me

I really like taco cabana…. Too bad about the salsa bar though. It’s not quite the same without it

Good afternoon, last week, I organized my work thanksgiving lunch, I made the order online and to my surprise when a coworker went for the order, it did not exist, the system never made it. I went to the store to place the order again and I was attended by Jesus (the restaurant manager) and he was literally an angel, he solved all my problem in less than 30 minutes, I already had my lunch for 12 people ready in 30 minutes. He even took the bags for the car. Immensely grateful for the service of Jesus and all the staff. Thank you, you guys saved our lunch !!!
