Customer service here is terrible. The girl with the blue/green hair that took my order through the drive thru today was extremely inattentive and did not repeat my order back. I did not receive a receipt when my order was given and then she tried to act like she had already gave me a drink when she hadn’t and was just standing there looking crazy. My food was cold, beans smushed to the side of the container, taco barely had meat in it, just horrible. Smh now I see exactly why this location is always very empty. New staff and new management is very needed here or this place will not last long at all. All the employees that work here have bad vibes, they don’t even greet you. It’s like they do not want to be at work. I understand it’s fast food but it is also a place of business and service. I will not be going back to this place at all whatsoever.
The two meals we received were accurate and ordering in the drive up area was not a problem. Our issue was the closed dinning room at 6pm on a Friday. This seemed odd even in our current environment of “more services and less employees.” Since we were able to order through the drive up and received great service I still believe this is a good place to grab a meal to go.
Taco shells were fresh, food made quickly, everything was correct. No complaints
I've been to many taco Buenos and this is the best so fresh and hot sauce is amazing just ordered a crispy taco and a bean cheese burrito with onion it really made my day it was good
Worst food ever. I ordered the number 3 and a soft taco. My soft taco was soggy and stuck to the paper. The crunchy taco was good but the nachos was horrible. It was cold chips old and no seasoning what so ever. I been calling them and they won't answer the phone just rings. If you want better service and employees. Treat them better and pay them more.
So easy to satiate my own appetite by getting myself to this restaurant, with money to spend on food to eat.Curbside pickup at this place is so fast and easy!
I ordered 3 chicken quesadilla and only received 2 - waste of money. Food was also mediocre. They definitely need to work on their service and be careful with packaging food. Bad experience and will not be ordering from here again.
My husband swears this is NOT the standard Taco Bueno experience. The wait was unreasonable considering the lack of other customers, the order was barely luke-warm, and the food itself was abysmally bland.I've had sand with more flavor.The one positive of the entire experience was the politeness of the drive-through cashier. For a recently renovated store, this was a tired and disappointing meal.
I Really enjoyed the tamale platter. Rice and beans were cook properly. The sauce on the tamales was Quite good
This Taco Bueno should be the model for all your stores! Food is delicious and looks like the pictures, the crew is friendly and the store is clean! Your manager is doing a fine job! Maybe the Carrollton store should take some training from this store!
