I am not usually one to write a review generally but, I had to get on here to brag on this place!! I work right next to this location so me & a lot of my coworkers come here all the time for our caffeine fixes! not only is the coffee/ drinks great, the staff is AMAZING! so friendly & helpful. I never don't look forward coming here!
We decided to try here this morning and I’m so glad we did. Jordan was the man that helped us and he was AMAZING! Most places get irritated when people ask questions because it’s their first time, but Jordan encouraged us to ask questions and offered advice and told us about their most popular menu items. We will definitely be back. As for our coffee, we got a regular coffee (my husband doesn’t like all the added stuff), I got the caramellicious (loved it, didn’t even have to add anything to it like at Starbucks), and we got our three year old a hot chocolate and unlike most places … Jordan asked us if it was for a child to make a cooler temp or if we wanted it regular! Good customer service is hard to find these days, but we definitely found it here today. Thank you, Jordan!
Lids that are used here for cold drinks do not work properly. I now have coffee all over myself/car and was forced to toss out half my drink to prevent spills from continuing. Sandwhich was not good and bagel was tough as a rock. Massive disappointment.
the first time i tried this place i used the drive thru. before and after they took my order, there was a very long wait. when i finally got to the window, they asked me if the order was right and it definitely wasn’t so i had to wait there even longer for my drink. and when i left i realized they didn’t use almond milk in my drink like i asked for. will not be coming here again.

Always love getting coffee to go here. They're always nice and friendly and the coffee is good. Cannot go wrong. Way better than the other coffee chain we all know about.
Seemed really expensive for coffee that I can't even say was better than McDonald's coffee. Cinnamon rolls tasted like a warmed up Cinnamon roll from the grocery store. 1 Cinnamon roll and 1 small coffee was $10 by the way. Wont be visiting again.
Got a sea salt carmelicious blender. Came with a flat lid. I asked about whip and caramel like the menu picture and she said, hmmm thats just the picture. Very disappointed.
Their hot turtle latte is delicious! I like their brightly colored winter cups and that they added a smiley sticker on the lid. Made my day :) thank you!
I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is great and so is the coffee. If you ain't drinking 3 shots of espresso are you living?
