I placed a catering order online Friday morning paid and got confirmation email. A couple hours later I get a call from the store that we will have to pick up the order because there are no drivers available. I agreed, then was told actually they can't fill the order because it is around the lunch rush and they never know how busy they might be. With no other options I said ok just cancel and process a refund. The store manager acted like I was talking a different language and did not have any idea how to get anything done. I asked for a contact of someone who could help me and he said I think this is their email and gave me 2 emails. I still have not received any contact back and was charged for an order I did not receive because you all cancelled it. I have been trying to get in contact with someone who can help and no one seems to be able to do anything about it.

Tried to redeem rewards for a free small sandwich. Supposedly available online or in store. Online (app) In press redeem and get error message. Drive 7 miles to get in-store it won't allow it to be redeemed that way either. Requested manager this flustered the staff. Staff is useless.No Schlotzsky's for me - rewards program stinks.

Very disappointed in this place. I come here once a week to get the giant sandwich and save up points the food is absolutely delicious but the customer service absolutely sucks. I went in today on 4/20 to order my regular sandwich a giant fiesta with ham no chipotle no red pepper the girl at the register had no idea how to use my points or the register I had to show her she had to scan it she also refused to let me add any of the extras like bacon ,avocado, and turkey that I always order. SHe told me very plainly I had to take the Sandwich as it comes!!!? i’ve worked in restaurants and hospitality all my life you definitely want to upsell and get that extra money for add-ons so I basically wasted my 200 points and got a sandwich I absolutely hated I’m very upset about this I will not be returning to this store. I know management trains their workers but she made it an impossible situation and didn’t know how to work the register at all thanks a lot Schlotzsky’s

Got my order wrong 3 times first gave me pepperoni pizza when I order and paid for veggie. 2nd asked for veggie flat bread gave me sandwich. I re order flatbread via drive through and at the counter I told him I asked for flat bread but he charge me for veggie, he didn't had time to listen and put me on hold. When food was ready and was handing me I told him I ordered flatbread and you charge and giving me pizza. He was upset and said no you said sandwich. I told him I will take it because it's veggie anyway but I wanted to let you know. He was very rude and didn't even wanted to listen.

The food is always great. Consistent. The staff are always very nice!

Soup was great and sandwich was good too. A bit of a wait but luckily I have an hour for break and this is right up the street from my job ??

Older Tall white Male with Glasses, was absolutely rude. I asked a simple question out of curiosity and he sighed Very Disrespectfully and just walked off. Didn’t even tell me that what I was asking for Costed extra, and just charged me for it. I understand the job can get stressful, but that was horrible customer service.

I was there last Thursday and thought Michael was so polite and helpful. The drive through speaker seemed a little messed up so Michael was very apologetic. I didn’t mind because it was not like it was his fault. He was so polite at the window as well, and I just thought he provided great customer service.

Me, my mom, and my wife walked into the store, no one greeted us or bothered to say “we’ll be with you in just a second” or even a simple hello, we waited for 15 minutes before leaving.

Michael deserves a raise!!!Greeted me and made the experience in this establishment so pleasant. If you’re reading this Michael you’re GREAT!
