Not bad, not great. It's Tex Mex food from a chain, so it's about what I'd expect. Their salsa that comes with the chips is pretty good and spicy. My chimichanga was not bad too.

No wait service! Yes, that means our server anticipated our needs and made our dinner fast, fun, and of course....tasty. we had the Create your own combo. My wife raved about their enchiladas and I always like the crust on my Chile Relleno.

Food was better then what I expected, prices are lowand staff is friendly. If you want to get some Mexican food with out breaking the bank this is the place.

Absolutely terrible. The meat in my beef nachos tasted like canned chili. My wife’s taco salad had almost no meat and was flavorless. The fajitas had absolutely no seasoning. The only thing decent were the margaritas and queso appetizers. The meal cost $100 and was a horrible lukewarm mess!

Went here with no expectations. I hada pleasant experience. I had chips and salsa, Veggie Fajitas, Fried Avocado. Food tasted good. I asked for hot salsa instead of the regular one and I am surprised they do not have it. The hospitality was very good and waiters treated is with respect. I would go back here to try a few more items.

This place was super unprofessional since the beginning. They had said we had done the reservation for 40 ppl when I had clearly explained for 20 ppl in two different occasions and they had no idea what was going on and seemed mad about the situation. I had gone with my family for my daughter’s Child Dedication Day at church and decided to take my family here, the wait time was super long (45 min or more) and the restaurant seemed empty. So there was no reason for the wait time to be that long. After that amount of time had passed our food arrived in increments of every 10 min. We had to wait for their food, since the waitresses mixed up two of our plates and brought something totally different. Then my sister’s plate arrived and was sprinkled with some carne asada, the guacamole and pico was the serving size for like a toddler. We told our waitress and said that the portion of the tacos was very little compared to my nephews plate which was the exact same thing and she said “that’s how they are and I don’t control what goes inside the kitchen”. After awhile of us letting them know that it was not a fair portion she went to get the manager and he said that the portions are 2 oz each, and said he would remove it from our tab. It was an embarrassing moment because I expected things to be handled in a different tone and the staff was really rude about it. Manager didn’t communicate with us in a professional matter instead said he would remove it from the tab and then left. We didn’t even get dessert which was something we wanted to enjoy together. So, if you plan on making a reservation save your time and go elsewhere.

Went to dinner with two friends on a Wednesday night at 6pm. There was no host at the host stand and we stood there for five minutes. Our server Patricia was terrible. There was no silverware or napkins served until entrees were brought out. She never checked on us for drink/chip refills or to see how the food was, which was awful. Our fajitas came out without the customary sizzle and my friends fish taco sauce was in a malted plastic ramekin. It was super slow and they left our food on the pass shelf for quite some time. We left around 7pm and there was still no host and only about four or five tables sat. I guess the word is out on how terrible this restaurant is run. Never saw a manager once. The location on Belt Line has a bunch of great restaurants that are constantly busy. It's just a matter of time before this location closes. In advance, good riddance.

My wife and I stopped by for a quick lunch after some shopping. We normally visit the OTB closer to home but, as we were 40 minutes from there and hungry, we decided to stop in. It was very slow but still took a few minutes of us standing in the front to finally be recognized and seated. We were taken by who I can only assume was the manager, an older fellow, to one booth, that was too dirty, to a second booth also, to a third booth that was cleanish. After we were seated they cleaned the booth behind us so we took it upon ourselves to move to that one. Others than that, the food was very good but the service a little lacking (long time to get our water and long period of no one stopping by).

When I visited this location the staff was okay. The food came out warmish but the drinks were awful. There was food in our cups and what I thought were just water stains from the dishwasher on my daughters cup, but it peeled off and floated in my babies cup. And my fork had food on it as well. So all in all the staff was nice but dishes were dirty and you have to second guess if the food was prepared properly.

Oops, the rocking table in the bar area again. It just feels like the right place to sit though. Still my close to hotel go to place when craving (Monterey) chicken fajitas.
