This location is top notch at lunchtime, moving folks throught the drive-through quickly and accurately, and with a friendly attitude. The night crew couldn't care less. My drink cup wasn't full, and neither were my first, which were very nearly cold. I waited in line for 18 minutes, and there were only 4 cars ahead of me when I arrived.Do better, y'all.
I mean, the food is good but the service is always trash. The lobby is almost always closed, they usually have 1 or 2 people working. If you have food missing you have to go all the way to the back of the drive-thru and wait again to get it. The people always have a terrible attitude and are screaming/fighting... but, it's the only placed opened when I get off work, so I have started to think of it as my own personal soap-opera and go just to get a laugh.
Ordered spicy chicken sandwich combo with extra patty and no salt on fries and another spicy chicken sandwich. They didn’t add extra patty, and fries had salt and were cold. Came back for the sandwich and they re-did the order but instead of extra patty they put a lot more buffalo sauce. Checked in parking lot and came back, but was told I ate it (lol), and they refused a refund for the sandwich. Horrible service.
Happy they kept breakfast a bit longer than the usual time... It was busy, they made a mistake with my order, they fixed it and gave me a little something for the mistake. They seemed well staffed but maybe new people... Running like chicken without head. Causing order mistakes... Mine wasn't the only mistake. At least i didn't have to wait half an hour for my order like in some other McDonald's lately.
Hispanic guy at the second window never acknowledged us. He just kept having a deep conversation in Spanish with another coworker. Push pause on your conversation and serve the customer first then go back to your conversation. SMH 5:46pm 3/20/2022
I’m tired of this location Richardson/Beltline next to Dunkin Donuts. Everytime I order a 20 pc nuggets these people tell me I can only have 3 sauces. We share our nuggets so if we are sharing it should be 2/2 and we always run out of sauce. I’ve decided not to return. I pay money for my nuggets and should not be told to pay extra for one extra sauce. I refuse to do it again! I live in Richardson 3 min away. Now I drive further out due to their ignorance. So keep treating your customers like we owe you something. And to top it off your nuggets is never hot. Smh! Do better... 1 star!I chose to go to Arapaho/Jupiter and have never had a issue with one extra sauce. The staff is always friendly and seems to love their job. They seem to ALWAYS be closed in the dining area. I live at Budget Suites and every time I walk over there, they are CLOSED, when they SHOULD be OPEN!!! Makes it very difficult when you don’t have a car!!! ???
Worst McDonald's in Dallas area.Poor service very rude employees.The morning crew is the worst the last two times I've been there the spanish speaking female employees have really faul mouths. Very unprofessional.
I love McDonald's in the mornings and anytime they actually open the lobby because you can get your own drink refills by yourself instead of waiting for hour's
Food is nice and fresh during lunch hour. Speedy service. The lady that hands you your food acts polite and asks if you're having a good day, then when you respond acts like you're crazy, bit besides that lady it's good food and service.
