I enjoyed Herraras didn't know the waitresses would be half naked. ?. The food was good although. I let my wings get cold because I was jamming on the dance floor. The dj area is way to close on the dance floor. The age is way younger than I like but who am I ? Overall it was a ok vibe.
Used to go to the old spot on Maple and was kinda disappointed. Enchiladas was not that good and the salsa was not favorable at all. Chimichanga was decent. Service was ok, but saw someone not get attended and stood to get seated for a while and eventually left.
I will not be back to this location ever. We were not served bean soup when both tables either side of us was served. This is second time this happened. Took 10 minutes to order a drink and another 15 to order lunch. . Had to ask multiple times for butter. Seems they would limit customers if they can’t serve them. The food was not hot but warm like sitting on counter to long or not heated enough. This is their third out. I’m out I have to give a star to get out
Had Fun you can't go in and out to the car tho. Other then than that it's Lit. Ryan is the person that made my food And Babyyyyyyyyy Yessss My food was so good. My drinks was good. Now they do play alot of Tx South music so do with that as u please my out of Towner's lol. Just Go it's Fun okay. aw leave that B.S At home police at the door.
First off, when we walked in we waited a good 10 minutes before we were seated. It was not because the place was busy but because no one was watching the front. There were only 5 guests in the whole place. There was 1 table with 3 ladies who noticed how long we had been standing there and looked around and noticed the lady who works there sitting at a table staring at here phone. 10 whole minutes and she didn't see us. This should've been a sign to leave. We were seated then went to the bathroom to wash our hands. The smell of sewage was overwhelming, but again we turned a blind eye thinking maybe they had an issue they had not gotten around to fixing. The bathroom was very clean and so was the restaurant. Now when we got around to ordering, we ordered 2 margaritas and some nachos. This was our drink and appetizer. The waiter proceeds to ask us if that was all and are we sharing. We stated this was just for starters. We later ordered. The fajitas were so salty I sent them back. I asked for light seasoning. Instead they gave me none and mostly onion and bellpepper with 4 shrimp and barely any beans and rice for $24. The cook brought the new food out and our waiter never came back to even ask how the food was. After about 30 minutes we had to go find him. Horrible service and we will never go back. I hate they closed the Herreras on Sylvan. This one is no match!!!
Omg food was delicious the proportions were large and satisfying customer service was welcoming and we look forward to returning again
Decided to come have some drinks but come to find out they really don't have type of drinks I wanted. I decided to have a mango margarita well sad to say I like to drink to relax and enjoy the my drinks I have to give it a one, the mango margarita look like one but definitely didn't taste like one. Very disappointed, the queso/meat dip and chips were good. My daughter had a Quesadilla and she has eaten many different kinds of Quesadilla and she was also disappointed how can a teen be disappointed but she was this was what I experienced. Spent 50.88 for queso/meat dip, 3 drimks and a Quesadilla plate. My visit was not happy! Will not be returning.
This has been by far the worse customer service I have ever seen. I arrived to the "To Go" counter waiting on my order, after 5 minutes of no one coming to provide help (even after a few of the people in the kitchen looking directly at me) one older guy that didn't speak English approach and said in Spanish "One minute". After waiting for a few more minutes I walked to the bar area to see if I could grab someone's attention and finally saw ( I assume the manager...Female) a female walking out the kitchen. I asked her for help and before I could explain about the order she replied, I'm too busy I can't help and walked back into the kitchen. Now at this point, I'm on fire. So, I go back to the "To Go" area and wait again, this time a waiter (Young Guy) walked up. I asked him, could you update me on my order please, he replied "Can't you see we're busy bro, I don't have time. So now this has sent me in overdrive. We both exchanged words about me not knowing they were short staffed and to watch his tone. He continued to say I don't car bro, it's whatever.A few more minutes of the back and forth and he walks off, waited on a table. The manager lady walks in and I asked her one more time about my order. "What did you order" she replied, I told her it's an online order...."Oh that's on the table in the front" I then asked it would have been nice to know that's where it would be and not in the "To Go" area since I've been waiting here. She replied, "Well we're busy and whatever take your food and go"Her and I went back and forth and after a few choice curse words, I gave all that energy back to her, took my food and walked out.Now don't get my wrong the food was good but that customer service sucks. I would never be back, not that that matter's but I'd strongly recommend they get a different staff in there, or hire people that would come to work.P.S. I really don't care for a refund, it's the customer service that needs help big time.
My good friend from Mansfield TX. Put me on to this spot. It is a cool joint if you don't like the club scene. Nice bartenders and nice grown folk crowd.
Best Mexican food and margaritas in town! Don't miss out on this place! Hands down best Tex Mex!
