I ordered on Uber Eats, and paid 1$ more for extra sauces, including the hot sauce packets. I ordered 10 extra hot sauce packets(5 zing and 5 liquid hot sauce). I called the store to make sure they got it, and the lady barely understood me after repeating myself a few times. Then, finally, she assured me they're in the bag.It arrives and there's 10 packets of Zing(Again, I ordered 5 liquid ones).Oh, and a side of gravy looks like it was just thrown in the bag, and it spilled ALL OVER the bag...Not very satisfied with their service, especially the lady who answered the phone and assured me the hot sauces I paid extra for would be in there.
Terrible experience. They got our order wrong. We ordered 2 spicy tender meals, each with gravy & zing sauce. When we got up to the payment window and handed our receipt, I noticed one order had gravy and the other had zing sauce. I mentioned this to the cashier and he acted confused the whole time. I said multiple times that both orders want gravy and zing sauce. He even pulled in a cook to confirm. When we got home, not only were me missing gravy, one of our meals was not spicy like requested! This happened the last time we visited last month. Terrible service and incompetent staff. Step up or go out of business!
I love the food but it's kind of expensive. I had a problem placing an order through the drive thru.

This is by far the worst chicken I have ever eaten. Chicken was not fresh . Dried out like it had been sitting in warmer all day. Rolls were also dried out and salad was brown. We couldnt eat chicken it was so dry. Since wife went to pick it up wasnt worth taking it back. We just threw in the trash . Will be the last time we use golden chick on marsh lane in addison

16 pc strip dinner with 2 sides $$$ but taste great, country gravy is a must .. and Those rolls ?
Always consistently good. Have had multiple items here from wings, to tenders to corn dogs to chicken.
